Great color fir high/low lights
This is such a great product! I get so many compliments on my hair. Looks very natural and has the high and low lights. Not overly strong scent but we do use it with the window open. Hubby does my color for me.

Unacceptable packaging by seller
Preference by L'Oreal is great. But seller threw 3 boxes into a small bag with no cushioning. Upon arrival, one box of hair color was entirely torn up. Other boxes were torn. (ones you'd never accept at a store). The products inside were not dripping, thankfully.Ridiculous.
