Update: Seller fixed the issue.I ordered 2 for a Halloween build, but one of the power supplies didn't work. The units themselves work amazingly well, just need a better 24v power supply. Power fluctuates between 24VDC to 16VDC. Probably a bad capacitor. 5 star if not for the power supply

I immediately plugged it in the first day to make sure it was going to work for my party. It was fantastic. The day of my party I plugged it in and it doesn't produce any fog and the thr power went completely out. No light, no mist. Garbage. I'm so angry. It's literally the centerpiece of my decorations and I had nothing. Ridiculous.

It would be great if it didn't make such a mess of the water flicking out everywhere. I purchased one for home & one for work for the Halloween season but can't really use them as much as we would have liked! I will be using one for Halloween outside but I'll need to buy a bigger cauldron

Good quality for the lower price. Easy to put together. Will splash water if you don’t put the white umbrella thing on it. But once it was on it was perfect and the kids love it

The media could not be loaded. Love the cauldron that comes with it. Perfect set for Halloween. Can use this for other places after Halloween….in an aquarium, in a plant, etc. If you are using it other than during Halloween make sure you place it on a surface that can get wet as it tends to spray water and the condensation makes a mess.Easy to use, just plug it in.Fill water 1/2 inch over the top of the device and it starts creating the fog.

Was gonna try to use this for a gender reveal we did something different but used it for halloweeen instead which was amazing

I was so excited for this to come, and when it’s not broken it works beautifully! The first one I got broke in about 4 days- handle snapped clean in half whilst hanging and water ended up all over the place. Thought it was a freak incident so I contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement. Here we are again less than a week later and the SAME exact issue in the same place. This time we even 3D printed a piece to go in between the hook and the handle to support it and it still happened. It will still work, but you can’t hang it, and that’s the whole reason you buy it like this so you can do such. It’s a faulty design because the handle cannot withstand the pressure of hanging with water in it on the small hook provided. I even put half the water I did last time in there to no avail. It needs a much wider and potentially flat hook that hangs directly in the center of the hanging unit to be secure. It’s so pretty and everyone loved it, but it’s not designed to be used as intended. Would need a much sturdier cauldron handle or hook, or combination of both.

Fogging is better than the one I had boughten over two years ago. Even when new the old one did not have the vapor this one does. Also the floating assembly always gives the maximum fog. Glad I bought 2 of them. After Halloween I’m putting both in my pond.
