Delicious Vegan Chocolate With Protein (Some Consistency Issues Though)
This is one of my favorite vegan sweets that is surprisingly delicious, and happens to also have some protein. It also claims to be low sugar. For something that’s a protein bar I’m surprised how delicious it is and often I cut it into pieces and eat a few pieces as a sweet or delicacy rather than a vegan protein bar. It’s that good in my opinion. It has a hard chocolate exterior, which is countered by a soft and sweet interior filled with almond pieces. However, I noticed some issues with consistency. For example, sometimes I purchase these from Sprouts and in some cases they are too dry, crumbly, and stale inside and don’t taste as good. Not sure why it is, and I considered giving it 4 starts because of it, but because it’s so good I kept the 5 start rating. UPDATE: Because of the summer heat my recent order arrived melted, which caused me by accident to eat it with some dry cookies that I happened to put on my plate that day, which actually ended up being delicious. As a result I figured that I can cut the bar into pieces and place it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then sprinkle some broken up cookies on top. Sure enough, it’s very tasty and from now I think I’ll eat it this way.

These are delicious!
I have these on subscription, they are that good and at a great price. They are lower in calories and higher in protein and taste great! I like that they don’t get mushy in my hand as I’m eating. The ingredients are plant based and healthier than many other products I’ve tried. They are individually packaged for freshness and just the right size for a go- to breakfast, not overwhelming but satisfying.

Vegan protein bar
Think protein bar is my number one choice. I’ve tried this flavor along with chocolate sea salt. I’ve tried other protein bars that taste like sand. At least for me, I find this tasty when needing something on the go. I always have one in my backpack all the time. It doesn’t upset my stomach and provides 13 g of protein, some fiber, and low sugar.

Quality varies by flavor! Chocolate mint is my favorite low sugar, low fiber bar and great value!
Amazon is grouping reviews for different flavors, so I'm rating 4 stars because I would rate the three flavors I have tried as 5, 4, and 3 stars respectively. I have tried Chocolate Mint as well as Sea Salt Almond Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. I highly recommend Chocolate Mint (would rate 5 stars), but not the others. The Sea Salt Almond Chocolate (would rate 4 stars) tastes a little chalky to me and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (would rate 3 stars) has okay flavor but strange texture (including that I don't really notice chocolate chips). Before I gave up animal products, Think! bars were my favorite protein bars when I wanted something that is both low sugar and low fiber. There are other bars that I like even more, but if you eat too many of them then you get too much fiber! Additionally, per calorie Think! bars cost ~50% as much as the other protein/fiber bars that I have enjoyed. (For instance, a nutrititionally similar REDD bar is presently $2.60 for 220 calories and this Think! bar is presently $1.36 for 230 calories.)

These are too good to be true
I have been trying to get more protein in my weight loss diet and these are the jackpot! They taste great and the texture isn’t weird. I like there’s enough nuts in each bite but not too much. I eat these between meals and they actually keep me full. They’re more of a treat to look forward to than just another diet food. Will be buying more of these since they’re cheaper on here than in my local grocery store. Also, the expiration date is a year out so they’re not cheap because they’re expiring soon.

BEWARE OF SHIPPING PROCESS
The product tastes OK, not as great as many have described. There is a strong coconut after-taste. As with many vegan products it is heavy with the chocolate flavoring but when chewing I definitely get the texture of coconuts - that chewy, almost woody texture. (maybe that is just me) I don't think I would buy this again in such large quantity, but I appreciate the amount of protein, yet I am not a fan of the high caloric count. This is a manufacturing issue I presume??? I am not sure if my flavor experience is due to the fact that I am not a chocolate or coconut "lover" OR that the ENTIRE box was left out in the heat by USPS. I did contact the sellar to advise they need to address shipment processes. The initial mail label showed FedEx who then handed it off to USPS who placed the box in a communal mailbox area. The shipment dates were 9/9 - 9/13 so I had the expectation of it coming to my home since every other package came that way. EVEN USPS. Just a warning based on how your carrier handles deliveries.

Peanut butter bars
The bars are really good. They have a rich peanut butter flavor.

I really wanted these to be good
These taste pretty awful. They are very dry, and the flavor isn't very peanutbuttery at all. It looks like they are probably using peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter.... It is like biting in to a mumified candy bar. I was really, really hoping these would be at least palatable because I have yet to find a good vegan protein bar... but these rank amongst the worst I've had -- even among vegan bars. Such a pity. I hope that Think! doesn't give up on the Vegan market just because these are awful... but I do not expect these to be available for long...

Not bad. Really good for a gluten free plant based protein bar. Much better than the non plant based ones.
