No it will not work. There is only one plug on the dock to be attached to the computer/laptop.

Can this dock station connect to HP Envy X360 15 well?

As long as this laptop model, or any other current model, is equipped with a USB C port for power, this dock or other Dell docks should work just fine.

Will this docking station also charge the laptop?
