Good reasonable cost laptop
Laptop is for one of our engineers and it works well so far, no complaints

Unexpected
The media could not be loaded. Last year in August, I purchased a laptop from Amazon, which has now ceased to function. Initially, the issue arose when it started displaying a charging signal despite being unplugged. Subsequently, when I attempted to connect it to power as the battery depleted, I discovered that it no longer works.This is delaying a lot of office work. I do not recommend this until they improved this model

no backlighting to the keyboard
this dell Laptop was OK, but i found it difficult to use with no backlighting to the keyboard.I thought the web description said it had such.BUT it does not.so returning the laptop for a refund.

Warped Keyboard
My Dell Computer arrived and I noticed the keyboard was not flat. It had a lump on the left hand side ,so the keys were higher than the rest. Also the keyboard is very flimsy when you type the whole thing bends.I returned it to Amazon immediately for a refund.Very disappointed, I will not be purchasing another Dell.

Received and was working 3 weeks, switched itself off and wouldn't restart
Not fit for purpose. Power problem after 3 weeks. Dell thought it was a motherboard failure or the power button. It appears others have had similar problems. Dell offered to repair but not after 3 weeks use. It will go back to Amazon.

Had only for 10 minutes and stop working , tried to get amazon technical support, was no good at all
