Will these fit all MA-25 purifiers or only the 25R?

Yes, the MA-25R will fit the MA-25. The R means that it is the replacement filter.

Does the MA-25 filter out benzene from gas stove emissions?

Yes. The 3 in 1 filter contains an Activated Carbon filter which is effective in filtering Benzene.
