Log fire rope and glue
Good product , glue sticks well too

Does the job.
Replaced the rope on my stove. Glue a bit footery if you are leaving the door in place but managed OK, would have been much easier if I took the door off. Still in place though.

Does the job - but …..
Does the job well - eventually! The rope is stretchy and the glue takes ages to adhere - you have to hold in place for about 15mins but it does stick finally and seals well.

Not enough glue
The ropes ok, but I doubt there's enough glue to stick the entire rops length as it's quite a small bottle. As a kit, it needs some fireproof tape to bind the rope ends once cut as they fray like crazy.
