Fantastic little machine. Great value for money.
I don’t normally bother writing reviews as they are such a personal experience. In this case I thought I would make an exception purely for the benifit of those people who are just starting to weld and are looking through the confusing range of welders that are available these days.I have been welding for more than forty years now so I would like to think I know a little about it.Firstly, I assume because of translation, the instructions are bloomin’ hopeless. Don’t let that worry you. Secondly, the supplied wire / filler is 1.00mmThe tip fitted to the gun is a .08mm so when you first try to feed the wire it won’t go through. The 1.00mm tip is in the bag. DON’T PANIC. To load your wire: take it out of the box take of the paper strip (LEAVE THE WIRE HOOKED TO THE SPOOL AT THIS STAGE). Undo the butterfly nut & spring on the spool mounting rod, place the wire on the rod (place the “unwind end of the wire at the bottom so the wire will leave the spool at low level opposite the entrance tube of the feed mechanism “. Tighten up the butterfly nut quite tight at this stage it will help you load it without the wire flying off into the great wide open. Cur the wire where the end is pushed through the spool for transit, put the newly cut end into the receiving tube of the dispensing mechanism about 50mm until you meet resistance. Don’t forget to discard the small piece of “spoil” that was looped through the spool. Now go to the gun, twist & pull the “shield” (the silver end bit) until it comes off. It’s about .75 of a full turn anti clockwise. Underneath you will find the copper “welding tip”, unscrew it (normal thread, anti clockwise) use a small spanner or pliers will do. It should be not much more than finger tight.Next step, feed the wire: get the earth clamp (the giant Crocodile clip well out of the way. Clip it to the cardboard box or your bench), just keep it away from the gun). Plug the machine in, turn it on, set the feed control about 50% ish. Slacken off the spool butterfly nut a little so the spool will move with a little resistance. Pull the trigger on the gun whilst helping the wire into the feed mechanism (at this stage you may need to adjust the feed roller. In short, you want it tight enough to grip the wire but not too tight or it will wear quickly. Keep your gun cable straight ish, your wire will feed through. Once you have about 30 /40mm of wire showing, get the tip out of the bag the 1.00mm and push it over the wire, screw the tip on. Just nip it up. Finger tight and a bit is the technical term. Push and twist the shield back on. Cut the wire back to level with the shield after you have run some through to adjust your feed roller tension. Don’t forget to put your spear tip somewhere safe. I suggest you buy some extra tips & shields. If you are a beginner especially, you may get through a few before you get used to the settings. That’s it. You are ready to go. Make sure you get a good earth. Set feed and power to about half way, get your surfaces as clean as you can. As a beginner you will find it easier to get going with clean metal. I was here to do a review, now there is a set of instructions in English as well. As far as the review goes: I think this little machine is brilliant for the money. The trick is to buy good quality fluxed wire. I suspect the stuff supplied is not the best in the world. I wanted a small lightweight welder for putting in the back of my Landrover. I’ve been getting round to making my mind up for two years now. I think the patience has paid off. I can’t fault this piece of kit for the money. It’s cheap & it’s made me cheerful. For what you pay you can’t go wrong. I could go on and on about pros and cons. It’s a MIG that works well for just over £100. It works well, it’s light, small and you can run it off of a generator or extension lead. Absolute bargain. It’s got a 2 year guarantee that’s £5.34 a week for those two years. If it goes pop after that I’ll buy another one. Excellent value.Just in case you though; this bloke obviously works for them. I don’t. Never have, never will. I’m a retired engineer. I don’t work for anyone. The only reason I’ve written all this is to help the beginners amongst you who are overwhelmed with choice. Buy this one and spend the rest of the money on some good clamps, magnets and most importantly of all a good quality self darkening helmet. Good luck. Happy welding. All the best. Mark.

Became faculty very quickly. While it worked, it was great
It was a good welder but went pop after a short time. While it was working, it worked well. I returned the welder, which was very easy. Ordered a replacement. When it was delivered... It was second hand. I was desperate, so tried it. The wire feed didn't work. Returned the second welder and bought a different make.

Great product
I was looking for a light weight portable welder ,that would weld sheet metal. This fits the bill perfectly .It’s simple and easy to use . It’s ability to weld thin sheet metal amazes me. I broke the hand throttle cable on an old tractor I am renovating last week and with this machine I simply welded it back together, it works perfectly and is keeping me going while waiting for the new cable. I can’t fault this machine for general car body and chassis work in the work shop or out doors . It just does the job and you can carry it around easily not gas’s bottles and connections to worry about . I love it.

Works well and looks durable
As a novice welder I have found this to be a very good product within the price range. It did the work it was bought for and endured the lengthy operational welds where others would have failed from previous experience.I don't recall having so much trouble feeding the 1mm wire into the nosel as this one but all in learning curve of life. Try pressing the trigger and leave the lead/hose as straight as you can. Happy welding

Brilliant Welder
Never used a Welder before. Watched a few utube vids and was away. Was welding bits on a van. It says will weld up to 4mm well we did thicker. This is not a fake review but I should have bought one years ago. Really good bit of kit. Much smaller than what I have seen others use. If your thinking about getting a welder even if not this one get one it will saves you £'ss. It's an Inverter Welder.
