Had our qualified electrician fit this item in our shed while doing other electrical work for us, it worked all of 5 mins before it stopped working. On further inspection of the light my electrician found what appeard to be electrical burning of the light. They had advised me to take this back to the seller however as I purchased this back in June I have little option but to provide a product review. Given the benefit of doubt I would like to think this was simply an isolated faulty item and would like to have a replacement issued.

Love them they are bright and so slim you can hide them …….. top marks from me

Once ordered the lights arrived within a few days. I unpacked them and found only one box had fittings the other did not. I informed the company they told me Amazon had packets of fittings and gave me a link to them as this would be the quickest way of getting them here. They arrived within two days. I informed the company and gave them the cost of the item and postage. The money was reinbursed to my credit card within a couple of hours. Things can always go wrong, it's how a company rectifies a problem that is the true measure of that company.I would certainly use the again with confidence. The lights are fitted and working, only took a few minutes to fit them. They look good and are lovely and bright.
