I got this as a used like new item, and it was perfect. I wanted an electric fondue set for my condo, because I do not want guests using fire and little sterno cans that might burn my place down! I was skeptical about how well this might work since it is electric, but it was great for a special fondue night with my boyfriend. I did queso dip with veggies, chicken, and bread chunks. The burner warmed the cheese perfectly, and it was a fun fondue-style dinner. I look forward to using it again when some girlfriends come for a visit.

We used this last week for a family fondue night and it did not disappoint! It arrives quickly, melted the cheese within a short amount of time, was super easy to clean, and is easy to use. It’s light weight, so not too heavy and bulky, and looks so pretty with the arrangements of food we used!

I used it for my son's birthday party and it was a real treat for the kids; they never left the table, haha. It takes a while to heat up, but it does its job. It's also practical because of the compartments it comes with.

Good but much smaller than I anticipated

The media could not be loaded. melts chocolate surprisingly quick while it’s not scolding hot to the touch, so easy to use. just twist the temperature knob to your desired heat intensity and there you go. melts within a couple of minutes, even quicker if mixed around at the same time. be careful not to touch the heated surface metal top part that goes under the melting bowl when it’s on, it does get hot. includes 4 roasting forks, also easy to clean and holds tight to your fruits. the metal melting bowl isn’t too deep or shallow, either way you can keep adding more chocolate to melt, as again it does melt quickly. however, the cord to plug in isn’t the longest if you’re looking for something that can extend longer. - but i think this is perfect for me. this was a hit for my little house warming (admittedly more for myself though lol) get this! i also got the chocolate that was recommended to purchase along with (not included), honestly wasn’t my favorite taste in chocolate but i can always change it for whatever else. i may try hershey's bars/hershey kisses on my next cheat craving lol… in short- if you’re looking for a convenient and efficient fondue machine that isn’t over the top, this one is it.

I was excited to get this Fondue set. It is really hard to know for sure if something will actually work. While I read reviews and knew it wouldn't melt the cheese, but it was supposed to melt the chocolate. It melted but did not melt to be creamy dipping melting, just a glob. We enjoyed our little party, but was a bit disappointed. It was easy to clean.

This honestly works much better than it should for this price. Chocolate melts smoothly and quickly and it is perfect for a couples date on a cold night.Plus it's easy to clean and the build quality is surprisingly solid.

Great price! Me and my kids loved making our own little fondue dessert.
