Lovely fresh yeast for my sourdough
It’s hard to know sometimes when you’re buying from big box stores like Amazon if the product is fresh, but this yeast has consistently reliably risen very well, and I have betrayal of bread loaves to prove it!

Love this yeast!
I bought this yeast because I love the Bob’s Red Mill brand. I wasn’t sure what to expect because there were some positive and negative reviews on this product, but I give it a 5 star rating. I received two 8 ounce bags for a great price! They both don’t expire till 2024 and the quality is amazing! I make homemade bread every week and this yeast works wonderfully! Would buy again :)

Great quality and no chemicals!
This is a great yeast and it has no harsh chemicals which is the reason why I went with this brand. I've been switching everything over to avoid all the unnecessary chemicals and added factors - this brand is pretty good for keeping it clean. I used it for bread and had no issue.
