Very nice upgrade to my cheap pencils
I love the Bic Bold .9 mm mechanical pencils. They always go on sale in Aug. and are super cheap, last a long time, and have great erasers. They do not have a comfort grip though. I was looking at some more expensive pencils when I came across these pencil grips. This cheap and reusable upgrade makes my cheap pencil so much more comfortable. Overall a very nice upgrade. They fit my pencils perfectly. They don't slip and go on snugly. As long as your writing utensil is the size of a regular pencil, these will fit perfectly and make your cheap pen/pencil feel so much better. If you write a lot and don't want to spend a lot, get these.

Moderately comfy, secure fit, easy-ish install/removal, fits 2nd gen Apple Pencil
Moderately comfy, stays put, relatively easy to install but pain to remove, fits the Apple Pencil (2nd gen) perfectlyI can confirm that these will absolutely fit an Apple Pencil (2nd generation; I can't speak to 1st gen) without any fitment issues. It slides on relatively easily (other grips, such as The Pencil Grip go on easier) and will NOT move around once it's on. I use a Zugu case with a built-in pencil holder and, as might be expected, you're going to have to peel this grip off before using a case of this type. This grip is definitely harder to remove than others (such as the aforementioned The Pencil Grip) and you'll probably end up curling this one into a ball on its way off, though that's easy to undo once it's off. Both the larger and smaller inner diameters work fine with the 2nd gen Apple Pencil, though of course the smaller ones (the grips with the lines) are slightly more troublesome to install/remove.This is a moderately comfortable grip, though this depends on what you seek. It's a bit firm for my taste, but it's okay. If you prefer a comfy, squishy, chunky silicone grip, I would instead recommend "The Pencil Grip". Build quality of the Mr. Pen grip is meh, but that's to be expected at such a ridiculously low price. You might want to trim some of the leftover rough edges if you care about that sort of thing. They don't affect the function or feel, but they do look a little "shabby" right out of the package. If you don't care about this, don't bother. I've seen other reviews that claim these grips will turn your fingers black, but I haven't used them enough to confirm/deny that claim.Note that you'll lose the 2nd gen Apple Pencil's touch capability when using these grips because it covers the touch area. It IS possible to slide the grip a bit toward the tip a bit more than you might otherwise prefer (so that the grip's front end is almost even with where the plastic meets the pencil tip) in order to access just enough of the touch area to be able to use it if that's essential functionality to you. I don't really use the touch capability of the pencil (too easily triggered for my taste - that's a matter of personal preference), so this ends up being a bonus "feature" for me. Interestingly, you can install a second grip backwards, further up the pencil barrel, for a slightly cushier feel in the hand. See my second photo for an example of most of what I described: the build quality ("rough" finish), the position necessary for touch capability to work, and what it's like with two grips present. In terms of cost, this package is pretty much the cheapest you'll find: 12 grips for under $7 is kind of a no-brainer compared to most of the other "pro" grips that are between $6 and $15 per grip. These aren't the prettiest or the most comfortable, but they get the job done and aren't going to attract unwanted attention if that's a priority. This is comfortable, secure, easy to install and remove, and costs less than $0.60 per grip. Just buy them and don't worry about it unless they end up turning your fingers black. (If there's any truth to that claim; I don't know.) If you don't like them... they were only $7 for the set. These aren't the best grips out there, but the cost is as cheap as they come, and Mr. Pen makes some decent stuff. (I'm a big fan of their steel rulers for the build quality and the fact that measurement starts at the EDGE and not indented somewhat, for easier physical measuring.) If you want something that's decent, these are fine. If you want the most comfortable grip and don't mind garish colors, get The Pencil Grip. If you're seeking the absolutely most stunning look, keep shopping but expect to spend $9-15 per grip.

Comfy but............
They are very comfortable, but they stretch out quickly and fall off the pencil when you write

Works well for my needs
I love these! This is the second set of these I have purchased. I have large fingers, and must use a stylus to use the keyboard on my iPhone Pro Max.

Won’t fit
These do not fit on most of my pens. Only fit around pencils.
