Space in a patrol car is premium, and the ability to be able to use the headrest to hold flashlights, first aid items, and tools is perfect. The setup and attaching it to the headrest could be improved, but it does what it says it can do.

Very easy to attach to your headrest with the two supplied Velcro straps. Stays snug and in place. I attached an emergency first aid kit, flashlight, and folding knife. Everything is within arms reach should I need it. I’m very happy with it.

Great product. I have one for each vehicle to hold a good size Mille medical kit. Does not sag like the elastic band ones because of the Velcro.

If you want a cheap molle panel, not a quality one, this one will do. This is the 2nd headrest panel I bought, and I thought I'd try this one because it was cheaper. I figured that there really couldn't be much difference in such a simple product. WRONG. Big difference in material, size, overall quality, and how it is attached to your seat. I'd spend the extra 10 bucks next time.
