Very Good Value
The Desktop Mini PC (commonly known as 1-Litre PC) came pre-configured with Windows 11 licensed and MS Office Trial. It also came with original power-adapter. The PC itself was in near mint condition and our unit featured 1-DP, 1-VGA and inbuilt Wi-Fi adapter. We formatted the unit and installed Windows 10 OS on it, which was automatically activated by Microsoft as Windows 10 Professional license. This computer has been assigned to IT Division and configured into a dual-monitor setup. It's common to see this computer being used with many browser windows-tabs and other applications open on it at the same time. The computer performs like a champ - absolutely silent, cool and fast.

Good Deal for Home use
Dell Optilex 3070 16 Gb RAM,I am writing this review after using it for 5-6 daysOn the first day it took only 10 seconds to boot the system but now after installing the average software it will take you up to 30-40 seconds.Body is not like new you may get minor scratches but good thing is metallic body with wifi antennaSome things inside.480 GB "Geonix Gold Edition" a cheap quality SSDRAM is 16Gb but will take time to process heavy data.Power adapter you will get Local BrandMS Office 2019, Original will not be availableYes windows is original 10 pro which has been updated to windows 11Storage drive may seem a bit less but if another SSD 500 GB can be installed then the work goes onOverall good deal for students.

Excellent product and even better support from the seller
The product was received in a very good condition, hardly showing it has been used.It was realized that charger sent with the PC was lower power and it needed a higher power charger. I was in touch with the seller and seller provided regular updates on shipping the new charger.I was happy to receive quality support on a refurbished device. Sometimes, you do not receive this level of support even for a new product. So yea - exception product with even better support!

There is no seller support only Amaazon Support is there
SDD failure. The Dell Hardware is top notch. the SDD given by seller is GEONIX GOLD which is crashing intermittently. It doesn't allow formatting for reuse. Tried to ask for warranty repairs to seller but he doesn't pick the phone up. Only amazon responded and that too senior advisor who knew that amazon renewed items were amazon responsibility, hence they allowed for only a return and not repair. Hope seller will improve his practices. Not sharing service tag number due to probable misuse

I am writing this review after using 15 days.Body/cabinet is new, no scratch marks visible.Got as specified by seller on Amazon site.Received Dell optiplex 3070 tiny desktop alongwith power adaptor with cable and external wifi antenna. Windows 11 Pro and Office 2019 pre loaded, which is working very smoothly.Inside the cabinet, i3 9th generation processor, 16 gb DDR 4 RAM single, 1 Ram slot is available free for future expansion. 480 gb ssd storage,1 ssd m.2 slot available for features storage expansion.On rear panel 1 vga port, 1 hdmi port, 1 display port and external antenna connector, 2 usb 2.o port, 2 usb 3.1 port, 1 network port available.Value for money. You may go for it.

Original PC But RAM And SSD Questionable
Product Dell Optiplex 3070 with Core i3 9100T CPU, 16GB RAM, 480GB SSDSeller: Laptop KingMentioning the seller is important because there are multiple sellers who are offering these Mini PCs.What's Good:The Mini-PC is as promised. The condition is "Excellent". There doesn't appear to be any dust build-up inside.The seller has provided an Original Dell Power adapter. This is critical because third-party power adapters significantly reduce performance (Mini-PC throttles its performance).The seller has included a Display Cable. The Mini-PC has DP, HDMI, and a DSUB (VGA). This means users can connect any Monitor or TV. The Mini-PC can essentially run three displays.What's OK:The listing mentions the Mini-PC runs Windows 11 Pro with MS Office 2019. However, the delivered product is running Windows 10 Pro 22H2. It is Genuine.The same cannot be said about the MS Office suite. However, MS Office does update.There are no bloatware or extra apps installed. It is an extremely clean Windows 10 Pro installation done a few days before shipment.The Mini-PC has a local Admin Account created. Hence even novice users can start using the Mini-PC from first boot.What's NOT OK:The seller hasn't included an external antenna for the internal WiFi+BT M.2 card.Amazon is offering just "7 Days Service Center Replacement". This is completely unacceptable as the Mini-PC is refurbished. Dell isn't selling this product. Hence, buyers could be at the mercy of the sellers.The biggest issue with these Mini-PCs is the uncertainty about the SSD and the RAM.Some buyers have received a single 16GB RAM stick, while some have two 8GB RAM sticks installed.The SSD included in this Mini-PC appears to have been used for a LONG TIME. As evident from the Crystal Disk Info screenshot, the SSD already has 5% WEAR (95% Drive Life remaining). It has Total Host Writes of more than 11TB, Total NAND Writes of 9.6TB... and Power-ON of more than 8500 Hours. This is completely unacceptable as the seller has installed a second-hand, heavily used SSD.The Mini-PC has MULTIPLE "Warranty Void If Removed" Stickers. This prevents users from installing any hardware such as M.2 SSD or RAM inside the Mini-PC. This also doesn't allow performing routine dust cleanup, or any other maintenance.

Very good value for money
The original product sent to me wouldn't boot. I had it exchanged through Amazon for another unit which works.The unit looks almost brand new without any major scratches or other wear and tear. The case is very solid and feels like it can last forever. A Dell branded charger was also provided in the box.h/w specs:- Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-9100T CPU @ 3.10GHz- UHD Graphics 630- Single 16gb RAM stick, with one slot unused- Consistent SSD S6 512GB, SATA (Brand new, used for 0 hours as per SMART)- 2x USB SS in front, 2x USB SS + 2x USB at the back- No Wifi, there is a gigabit ethernet port
