Simply doesn’t work
I bought this faucet a couple of months ago, but decided I wanted to replace the countertops before installing. Once I finished the counters, unfortunalty found out that I was left with a piece of non functioning plastic. Neither one of the dual flow options work (pump or city). Very disappointed in the product, as it seems like there is no other option on the market for dual flow faucets.

Replacement for Coleman Pop Up
Needed to replace the faucet in my 1998 Coleman pop up camper. When i received this it did not match the exact mounting as the original but that was to be expected. So i just made an adapter plate from a piece of plywood and it fit back up nicely. As far as the function goes, it works exactly as stated. We will see how it performs over time.

Okay, so there's more to the story of this product...
So I ordered this unit because my travel van project required a really shallow pump faucet, this was the *only* one I could find that didn't stick up several inches from the base. I did see the middling reviews and decided to risk it. Regretfully, what I received just did not work at all — no matter how hard/fast you pump, it would not bring water to the faucet (even with the water source *higher* than the faucet!).I reached out to the company to demand a refund, and it turns that that THEY DO NOT SELL DIRECTLY TO CONSUMERS. The seller here does not (apparently) represent Zebra. I've copied the actual letter that they sent below. While they wouldn't, therefore, give me a refund, what they were willing to do was replace the item with a known working unit, though I had to pay for the shipping there and back. I really wanted my van project to work, so I went ahead with it.The unit I received does, fortunately, work — very well, in fact! However, there is one more important caveat: you really need to cap off the city water port with a 1/2" hose/pipe cap in order to optimize the suction of the pump mechanism. I would have needed to do this anyway on mine, since it actually *leaks* a bit during pumping. So all of that is to say that this does appear to be a decent product if you're able to procure it from legitimate sources, none of which are represented on Amazon.---Hello,On behalf of Zebra RV, again we apologize you are having trouble with one of our water pumps.Despite the Amazon reviews, these pumps are great quality and very reliable when used properly. We are an OEM and only sell our products, as of now, to authorized RV distributors/wholesalers, who in turn, sell to dealers, merchants, etc., who in turn also sell on sites like Amazon. We are hoping to have our newly designed website up and running soon to sell directly to the public.Unfortunately, our products end up being sold at places like Amazon and there is no quality control; much less knowing if the product is really new or a used product.I’m sorry to hear they will not offer a refund solution for you. With that being said, we do not refund directly to individuals and only provide credit to our distributors in rare circumstances. We do, however, have a simple pump warranty policy solution you are welcome to take advantage of. The policy was designed to enable a pump replacement with no questions asked for a minimal shipping fee. The policy also takes the return burden off retailers and allows us to make a happy customers; plus have the pump returned for inspection to see what we can learn from it. It’s a win win for all.We will exchange it even if the pump is cracked from freezing, handle broke off from too much applied pressure, leaks from city water or being disassembled and stresses applied during reassembly, etc.The description section on the form is just for our information to see if there is anything we can learn from the pump’s issue.I have attached the policy with the RMA Form.As for water testing, our pumps are 100% tested with standard city water and we hand pump it from a bucket of water. They are also inspected for any leaks while under city water pressure. You can be sure your new pump will be tested! If you find this a viable solution for you, we would be happy to help out.Thank you for choosing Zebra RV!MikeGeneral ManagerZebra RV Support Team

It fits my 1983 coleman tent trailer
The only issue I have is it has to be primed before each use.

Not very good quality
Decided to replace my broken RV faucet with the exact model (used, recently purchased RV) so as to not have to redo the plumbing. I did read some not-so-great reviews in many RV forums before ordering, but decided on its ease of installation rather than pay attention to the bad reviews.Well, shoulda’ listened...Not only did the faucet take a weeks to arrive, when I did finally install, it started spraying water from a hairline crack; the crack is almost invisible and it’s on the side opposite from where you operate it!Doubtful it can be repaired, and now I’m forced to buy another one that may need the plumbing rerouted inside the RV...!Other than an extra ‘fountain’ of water, the faucet works fine, but I’m really upset at the combination of excessive shipping time and a defective product. Check out the photos!UPDATE: I disassembled the faucet and found three more hairline cracks; I bet they can be attributed to over-tightening of the two assembly halves at the factory.Rick C.
