Just about the best portable travel fan I have ever owned.
Hands up everyone who bought one of those battery fans from a seaside shop back in the 70s and 80s. The ones with the two hard, white plastic blades that lay along the body of the fan, and were powered by a C-cell battery. When you turned the fan on, the blades shot out, and were so perilously sharp, that you could have probably used the fan to fend off a zombie attack. If you were on a two-week summer holiday, these fans would work perfectly for about 13 days, then make a loud squealing noise, before dying and never spinning again. Well, luckily, those devices are long gone, and we now have the utterly brilliant JISULIFE Portable Handheld Fan. In my opinion, this is about as close to perfection as is possible. The battery life is very good. I get 16 hours of use between charges. The fan can be used handheld, or as a table fan, which means it covers all the bases. There are two speeds, but even the lower speed is good enough for allowing you to hold the fan in your lap and get a refreshing breeze on your face. The fan is also beautifully quiet. You could easily use it in a library and not disturb anyone. Even if you can hear the fan, it makes a nice low-pitched sound. Not the frantic (oh-my-God, it's going to explode) noise you get with other products. The blades are a soft neoprene type material, incapable of cutting you, but they are backed up by a load-sensing motor, that turns off if something fouls the blades. The blades are well balanced, and there is no vibration at either speed, just a lovely, strong airflow. So as a fan, this device is top-drawer. But add in a bright, 60 lumen torch, and the ability to act as an emergency power bank, and I believe this is an absolute travel essential. The battery is a 2000mAh 18650, so I'd guess it would charge something like an iPhone to around 30%, but JISULIFE also make an endurance model, with over twice the battery capacity and run times. The fan motor is brushless according to JISULIFE, so hopefully the fan should be reliable for many years. Two things to be mindful of though. Firstly, open the case to fit the wrist lanyard. I used a loop of sewing thread, to pull the lanyard back through the second fixing hole. Secondly, make sure you have the neoprene blades folded all the way in when closing the case. It is easy to get them caught in the clamshell, and if you don't realise and apply pressure, you could damage, or even cut the soft fan blades.

Very handy and quiet!
I love the pebble shaped form and super handy to carry around in your bag or pocket. The fan noise is like 1/4 of a mini drone, a pleasant buzz and powerful. The fan's casing folds-back and becomes a desktop stand, so perfect for working in front of the computer on hot day.Not had a need for the torch, but it is much brighter than the phone's flash/light. One extremely useful feature and I had to use on a few occasions is the ability to charge your phone and use as a powerbank, not the most powerful but it gave a top-up and kept me going for the rest of the day - so make sure to also carry a phone charger in your bag.

I'm a fan
For its compact size, the power is fine. It looks good, and juuuust about enough power to cool my wife's pregnant face! It is quiet, battery life seems good.

Awesome fan
Brought for vietnam trip and it worked perfectly and also charged my phone. The light also works very well. If I lost it I'd buy another one without question .

Good Fan
Bought several of these as gifts. They are a powerful little fan and reasonably quiet in operation. They have a good cooling effect and the charge lasts well. They are small enough to put in your pocket or handbag etc. Recommend these.

Faulty charging
I have had it in charge for 2 days but the red light doesn’t turn to green and cannot open the battery case, too firmly attached. It would be a good fan if it does all of the above! Quality is good.

Portable and provides relief
This is great for taking on holiday. We were in a hotel with no air con and this definitely saved me. It is fairly quiet, provides relief and the battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. There is also a portable charging function for your phone and a torch which are nice features, however, I don’t use these features.

Powerful, light weight, fire in small bags
This is great I use it for my desk at work, and on public transport. The size is goof and it closed so that it can fit in a small bag. It is not heavy. If you have long nails or bite your nails i would not recommend it as you need to be able to flip it open using your thumb nailIt has no protection on the blades, it got caught in my hair and I have touched the blades whilst on many times whilst moving it around on the table which stops ir from working. It only lasted a few hours before the battery died but I don't tend to have it on for more than half hour. I am now just going to leave it on my work desk and I have bought a different fan with a protective case to use when out and about
