Excellent quality. Moulds to shape. Doesn’t over freeze. Stays cold long enough. I have used many kinds and find this and the flexi one the best so far. Only used them for cold. Never tried hot. Highly recommend.

Great idea and use ability. However doesn’t stay hot for mor that 15mins max. So a total waste of time and money for me. Needed to use it instead of carrying a hot water bottle around to put on my back. Was genuinely excited for this for easier use. Sadly, the “hot” element doesn’t work, max of 10-15mins it stays hot, then it’s just normal.If you want to use for cold use I’m sure it works perfectly as most of these gel packs do, if you need it for heat, it won’t meet the expectations you have so you’re aware.Thanks
