Treatment - Salon Quality, No Flat Iron Needed (4 oz)

I ordered this version so I wouldn't have to use a flat iron. I read every piece of paper that came with the tube and followed the instructions exactly. I read a lot about this smelling on your hair if you don't follow the rinse instructions carefully, so I timed how long I rinsed exactly, between one and two minutes. Also, even though I used my blow dryer to dry my hair, and then waited another hour to be certain it was completely dry, I decided to use my flat iron after it was dry because I knew the results would be better.This stuff is amazing at first. It was easy to blow it out smooth. I let it air dry and scrunched it with my hands, and my curls were nice and defined with no frizz. I got compliments on my hair that day. It definitely looks better, whether I wear it straight or let it air dry.I have been washing it every day since I applied it; I walk every morning and I'm too sweaty when I get in not to wash it. I decided to see how long it would work. I would say it started wearing off after three weeks, and I am using Babyliss Keratin shampoo and conditioner I ordered from Amazon. Even though my very wavy/curly and frizzy hair is coming back, this stuff is still working when I use my blow dryer. It doesn't take nearly as long to dry, and it takes only a few passes for it to straighten. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I have hair almost to my shoulders; I used only half a tube for my first application, so if it lasts me a month or more it will be worth the price. It definitely makes a big difference in how frizzy it is.

Didn't do what it always did. Very unhappy with the results. Would hope that i would get a refund my money. That is a lot of money for bad results. My cousin had a problem too, we bought the item at the same time and she had the same issue it didn't do what it said and usually did. Use this product many times this is the first time it didn't work. NOT HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS.

I have long naturally curly hair and thought, hey, I can try this! It comes with a ton of instructions that are easy to read and follow, but I feel to be very daunting. I think the product description could be better to note that this is like coloring your hair at home. It requires clothing and towels that you don't care if they get damaged or stained, it matters if you have color-treated hair as it could impact the color - so they recommend using this before you touch up your color - for that reason, I gave it a few stars and won't try it yet, b/c I have to work it into the schedule for my highlights with my colorist.The brush is amazing. I use it every time I style my hair. Great for bangs or big waves, which is weird since it comes with a straightening product.If you've had success with this product, I want to know your secrets. It's super intimidating and didn't have enough upfront information.

I love everything about this product. It will pull your color but the maker tells you that up front. My hairdresser applied it for me the first time but did it myself the next. It was easy! My hair is soft and smooth, no frizz. Also it lasted me a good three months. I had my roots done about a week after the treatment and the smoothing stayed.

I usually do not write reviews, but I was extremely dissatisfied with this product. I use at home hair color since over 20 years, so I do know what I am doing. I have thick wavy hair which tends to be frizzy, so I when I read the description I thought I give it a try even when it is rather expensive. Well, the smell mentioned is still lingering after the 3rd time I washed and conditioned my hair. Even worse, the frizz came back back after the 2nd wash!! Very, very disappointing.

I love this stuff! 2nd time using and since I live where humidity rarely takes a day off, my curly hair stays frizzed to the max! Until I tried this at home keratin treatment, I could only dream of having silky, straight hair because I could never afford the In Salon treatments which cost hundreds every 3 months. I like that the Flat Iron Free Keratin keeps my curls in tact should I feel like wearing my hair curly and there are days that I really don't have the energy to blow dry my hair out. I also love that it absolutely cuts down on the time it takes to blow my hair straight! Winning!

I have longer, wavy, some frizz hair. Used the express as directed and flat ironed over it to ensure maximum frizz free. Applied and went on vacation for 3 weeks to a slightly humid environment. I would say for the price and quality I would not use again. The products doesn’t remove as much frizz as some of the other keratin treatments I’ve used for 1/2 the price. Also if you are looking for it to straighten hair it doesn’t at all. It will still wave up and be a little frizzy. I usually use a keratin once a year and it helps with my frizz and keeping my hair pretty straight (not waving back up) in humidity, this one did neither, just 30% less frizz. I’ll be ordering another product to apply before summer.

I love the product and very easy to use. My hair is very curly and it is so much easier to use flat iron for the smoothness. I will be ordering this product again. This is an update when I reordered it again i did not have the great results.
