Inspirational indeed. The weight of things we hear everyday.
For all that I know, Rajini Kant has his fan following for a reason. He is a superstar but not just for the sake of cashing off. He sees meaning in what he does like some of the worldwide famous actors. We have all seen him act and sell for hundreds of crores but not many have read him or his opinions because as we all know visual things impact more. Well, I beg to differ. Sometimes things that can be written can only be thought not enacted. So, here is a compilation of Rajini Kant’s words and life lessons which have been collected and elaborated upon by P.C. Balasubramanian titled “Rajini’s Mantras.”This book is made up of twenty-five chapters. Each chapter is an elaboration of the important head lessons that Rajini Kant has talked about in articles, in interviews, or in conferences. For example, the first Mantra is ‘be a good influence’ and the last is ‘don’t blow your own trumpet.’ These will give you a subtle idea of what kind of ideals you will encounter while reading this book. P.C. Balasubramanian has chosen twenty-five such lessons had has given the account in relation to Rajini Kant’s life. Where did he use those certain ideals and how and how they helped him achieve the level on which he stands today? The author has the answer. This book is truly insightful and clears one’s vision in a very easy way. Just a go-through of this book will work wonders for you but I bet you cannot half-read a chapter once you’ve begun. This book is now my go-to whenever I need a dose of motivation and redoing my path. I am happy to have come across this book.I highly recommend all of my fellow readers give it a try. Happy reading folks!

Unknown facts about Thalaiva
“There is nothing wrong in dreaming a luxurious life. What needs to be taken care of is not let need become greed. Because needs can always be met, but greed can never be fulfilled.”This was one of the quotes by Rajinikanth that I had recently used while framing one of my debate materials. While going through the rest of his thoughts, I realised that he might be considered one of the grounded members of the film industry. And it was during this time that I got the opportunity to read Rajini's Mantras: Life lessons from one of India’s most-loved superstars by P. C Balasubramanian.I was immediately intrigued by the theme and cover specially, I don’t know why I but I was fascinated by it. Rajinikanth, as almost all of us Indians know, is no longer a film actor but rather is acclaimed as the superstar. Superstar of the South who has only received praises in his life. The author in this book has dedicated 28 chapters to Rajani Sir’s inspirational and motivational instances – sharing it with the readers where we get a chance to inculcate some values in our life.As a reader I always get more motivated through real life examples of people supporting a particular positive notion. And thus with this book also Rajani Sir’s own tales had the charisma over me.In some parts the book gets very entertaining with a touch of humour too. Thus its not a boring work of only anecdotes but rather has in store something for every reader according to their own taste.

This book is a definite page turner.
We all have grown up watching atleast a few films of Thalaiva, and have seen his power and hold on the public who goes to watch him. He is a brand in himself whose life has been inspiring and motivating people across borders. This book is a compilation of life lessons, ‘mantras’ which are extensions of Rajinikanth’s iconic speeches, statements, interactions and performances right through the beginning of his career. It’s interesting to see that the author has already penned two books on Rajini earlier and this being his third, he has poured all the life philosophy and lessons that the Superstar follows and preaches. The book consists of 28 chapters which in turn are a couple of pages long. The mantras are well explained and quoted. This book has successfully decrypted Rajini’s vast wisdom and effectively explained in the form of anecdotes, stories etc. The book is written with utmost simplicity with resonates with Rajini’s demeanour. The author has infused wisdom with words very well and that translates.I particularly liked the concise explanations which communicate the greatest of wisdom in the most effortless manner. Writing style is simple and easy to understand. I also loved the highlighted points mentioned in the corners. The mantras resonate with each person and can be easily adopted if kept a positive mindset. This book is a definite page turner.

Exceptional!
I was expecting another RAJINI deifying book among the many books that have been published. Instead I got a book that culls the wisdom from Rajini’s sayings. PC Bala has become a student who has overtaken his teacher when it comes to giving us life lessons through this book. Great book!
