BSN SYNTHA-6 Protein - Vanilla Ice Cream 3 lbs.

I fell in love with Syntha-6 around two years ago. I'll admit that I was suckered in by the cool-sounding name and cool-looking label, but after researching protein powders and giving several different flavors of Syntha-6 a go, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how high-quality this protein powder actually is. With the several different proteins combined to give you your several different digesting-rates of protein (you get your fast, medium, and slow all-in-one), there is much belief (whether it's "bro science" or not) that a blend such as this will help prolong protein muscle synthesis. Maybe that's true, maybe that's not, but at the end of the day it's a mouthwateringly delicious blend of protein that provides just as much mental supplementation as it does nutritional supplementation. I am not joking when I say I will specifically drag myself to the gym on even my laziest days specifically because I know that afterwards I'll have earned a protein shake made with this stuff that I can fully enjoy. It's THAT good. I highly recommend the "Cookies & Cream" flavor mixed with milk. Mixed with water tastes just as good but I can promise you that a scoop or two of "Cookies & Cream" Syntha-6 mixed with a cup or so of cold milk provides a tasty and healthy snack better than beats any milkshake you can get from fast food establishments. Oh, and I'm yet to find a place that offers this godly protein at better price (especially when taking advantage of free two-day Amazon Price shipping).Flavor Update: I've tried both the "Cookies & Cream" and "Strawberry Milkshake" flavors of Syntha-6. So far, "Cookies & Cream" still takes home the gold for best-tasting protein!

On the basis of its taste and consistency when mixed with almond milk, I would award six stars! This is the best tasting protein powder I've ever had. Formally, I was adding a banana to my protein shakes, but after reading about how bananas can contribute to belly fat, I substituted one half of an avocado instead. However, I really miss the flavor of the banana.Usually, products that are banana flavored taste nothing like bananas. I can assure you that this tastes like fresh bananas were added to your protein shake. In addition to its wonderful flavor, it's consistency when mixed is better than anything I've tried before. It's silky smooth without the foam or frothiness of most protein powders. It tasted so good the first time I tried it after my morning workout, I had another one for dinner!I also do not feel weighted down or sluggish in some of the other protein powders and made me feel. It is filling without making you feel like you've had too much. When this container runs out, I will buy another one (and probably continue to buy it from now on).

My husband and I both use this protein powder. He uses it as alternative to his “primary” whey protein, as this is a bit better tasting and easier to mix, in his opinion, while still delivering a decent amount of quality protein.I use it as an almost meal replacement. I find that it blends great in smoothies, without adding any chalky texture, and helps to add some protein. I also drink by itself occasionally, and find this to be one of the better tasting protein powders I’ve had, and can honestly say I enjoy drinking it!Would recommend as a nice change of pace for the hard-core workout crowd, and also a great supplement for people like me who are looking for an easy mixing protein boost.

Mixed good. Half empty container. Like more plastic to then powder lol. But only issue is it's taste. The banana flavor makes me gag when gulping it down. The chocolate is good though

This deal was too spectacular to pass up. I love this product from BSN. Delicious. I just mix a scoop with some water and ice and it feels like a treat after every workout! Now last time I had the Cookies n' Cream which was great. This time I switched to Banana and while it still tastes good I wish I had tried Chocolate instead. No big though, I'll try it when I'm done with this one.As for how it works, I think I've seen definite improvement in lean muscle building. I'm a woman who started Crossfit training 5 days a week about four months ago and about one month ago started with this powder. It really gave me a boost in my results. Plus I train in the evenings so when I get home it's a little late to eat a meal. But this is very filling and gives a great portion of protein for your muscles to eat up.So now I'm 40 lbs lighter, muscles appearing, and feeling better than ever.Don't give up.Don't pass this up.

Wow when I bought banana protein I guess I was feeling quite adventurous. After clicking BUY my wife even suggested I might be disappointed especially ordering such a large tub - but I was happy to find the flavor was great! I read a bunch of reviews and one of them suggested that the flavor is along the lines of a banana milk shake you might get at a restaurant. I find that to be the most accurate description. It mixes up well with milk, soy, and even water and tastes like a desert (but leaves you feeling full and satisfied). I plan to buy again -- but I'm thinking that SYNTHA-6 might just have some great engineers on their flavors so I plan to try a few others.I have also tried the chocolate cake batter flavor and was not a impressed. I tasted to me like your run-of-the-mill chocolate protein powder except that the consistency was a bit thicker. Due to my great experience with the banana flavor I decided to change it up a bit and now I'm ordering the strawberry.
