Great examples. Clear and concise examples walk the reader through practical implementation. Also, this material offers great examples and tools for immediate use. This concept is so easy. Yet, as suggested, most organization members are so busy, they fail to slow down long enough and reset. Thank you.

It’s hard for me to be negative about this book because the concept of the EOS program have inspired a wonderful change in how my company is run. We were assigned to read the book to help us understand the process behind the changes. The book was a simple concept fleshed out with fluff, over promises and repetition - not for emphasis but to take this from a pamphlet to a book. I like EOS a lot but not because of its presentation here.
