Been reading reviews of many futons and usually bad reviews are saying they don’t fluff up. Since there was not much of an option available the ships fast enough for when I need to use it, I settled on ordering the green one since it was the only one available, thinking it’s going to be covered with whatever bed cover I put on it anyway. I didn’t know that the mattress actually comes with a cover which is a plus. And yes, it comes with strings to pack the mattress and a storage bag.The mattress arrived pretty much on time and when I first got it out of the plastic, I thought they sent me a baby-size mattress (of course it seemed small, I haven’t let it fluff yet.) I took the photo of when it was just out of the plastic which is the squiggly mattress one. I thought they sent me a full size and I ordered a queen. I waited for an hour and it doesn’t seem to fluff anymore so I was panicking for a moment. But I thought to try pulling the seams to maybe make space for the foam inside to expand more, and that actually worked really well. I was able to feel the corners of the foam and tried to match it with the outer seams and eventually speed up the fluff process. I am sleeping on the carpet floor and the mattress is thick enough to be comfortable. I should add that my weight is around 175lbs so I can’t vouch for how it would feel for people who weighs more than me. I can still feel the floor, but not as much as the other floor mattress that are 2”-3” that does nothing, and since I’m on a carpeted floor, that might also help a little with the comfort. But this floor mattress definitely is of good quality.Con: Unfortunately it does smell of chemicals/plastic and you will have to air it. However, if you have the fabric freshener spray, that might help speed things up a little bit if you’re in a hurry to use it and/or have a room like mine where the windows don’t open all the way for air to circulate.I don’t wake up from back pain or shoulder pain and is able to sleep through the night so far so I would say this mattress is a great buy for me.

I had no issue with it fluffing up as others did. It almost completely fluffed up the moment I opened it, and, with minor adjustments, by the end of the day it was fine. It didn't have a strong plastic or weird smell from shipping or factory. I am 5'2" and 106 lbs, I cannot feel the floor underneath of it. I use it on a tiled floor and it is very comfortable (Medium to medium firm in firmness). It is also relatively lightweight, I do not have issues carrying and moving it.

I bought this due to limited sleeping arrangements at home, I end up sharing a twin bed with my 8 year old, and lose my spot the moment I get up @ night to use the restroom, and then I end up on the floor on a stack of pillows or next to my snoring partner. I needed something comfortable, offered some pain relief, and easily folded up, and transportable. Best sleep I've had in a while. The mattress is cool, soft and comfortable. Happy I have my own portable bed now!

This futon was fine and comfortable for most people. I just wanted something out of more natural products and I found something to return this.

Very comfortable bed especially if you have aches on your back from work and need to sleep on something that won't worsen your back or maybe you have someone who has minor scoliosis this is a great product I don't really feel the floor as I rest in it.

First two purchases were absolutely great! However, this is my 3rd purchase and I’m really disappointed. The first two were great, filled up within the first hour. Been using for a few months now and no issues. So I decided to purchase another queen, it’s been over a week, it’s so lumpy and will not fluff up fully. Extremely uncomfortable and I can’t repack it and return it! Disappointed! Also the first two I purchased came with a cover sheet and a storage bag. This one did not have a cover sheet.

Product is good quality and confortable for only being a 6" or so. My only complaint is how that packed the black storage bag. The dye that was used for the bag material leached out and onto the futon.5 stars for qualityminus 2 for a technially damaged product.
