The media could not be loaded. Are you an expert atelier? Novice atelier? Somewhere in between? Doesn’t matter - this fabric is for you! The 4 way stretch is supreme, and the fabric is extremely forgiving if you’re not into “precision sewing”. It is somewhat heavy, but it’s perfect as a liner for light sheers, works for a simple tee shirt or even undergarments. Pricing was reasonable and shipping was superb.I’m very pleased with this fabric and would happily buy it again!

I love this fabric! Heavier than regular medium weight, but not quite heavy weight. It holds the beautiful kelly green after many washes.

I absolutely love this fabric. I have purchased some of the 10 oz cotton spandex from Fabric LA before and also loved it. It arrives cut and packaged well. I purchased the 12 oz in purple for the 100th Day of School free dress holiday. This was perfect for our project! The weight was great, thickness was there, definitely not see-through (very opaque). And it took vinyl like a champ. My ONLY gripe was the purple was more of a dark eggplant and not as vibrant a purple as the swatch shows (and this was viewed from multiple devices prior to ordering). I'll attach some images later to this review to show what we got and how it looked for us. But this aside, the quality of the fabric was fantastic! It will be great for future leggings and modesty shorts as well.

I'm trying to find a new supplier for high quality black cotton lycra. I needed 220 GSM's, which I got, but when I removed it from the package, the hand feel was slightly rough and when only just slightly stretched, it was completely see through. Which makes it not good enough for the majority of my sewing needs.

A little thicker than a tee shirt, nice stretch. Remember the edges will roll when cut, so cut wisely since serging will make the fabric a little wavy. They sent me charcoal color, which isn't the black I ordered, but maybe I assumed charcoal was going to be darker? Easy enough to return and re-buy.
