LOOKISS RFID Minimalist Card Holder Wallet for Men, Money Clip Metal Wallet, Aluminum Men's Slim Wallet

I owned an original The Ridge wallet in Titanium for the last few years and I loved it. The issue is that I had a first run and they were made with rivets, so when the elastic wore down and it ceased holding cards tightly, there was no way to replace the elastic. I needed a replacement and the $80 price tag for just the aluminum version seemed a bit much compared to what I bought mine for years ago. I decided to check and see if Amazon had them for a little cheaper and found this alternative. I usually support the creators of a product even if it cost a bit more but when your product cost four times an alternative it's hard to justify that you are not significantly marking up your product. After receiving the wallet it appears to me that whoever is making these is also making The Ridge as well, the only difference is that one has a name on it an one doesn't. The wallet is great, and if you haven't owned one before there is a little learning curve and a break in period since the elastic is tight, after you get past that you'll love the this easy and compact wallet as part of your EDC.

Smaller than expected, which is a plus. My (7) cards fit nice and snug, won’t fall out on their own. Only drawback is getting use to taking out the cards. Not a deal breaker, but need some getting use to.

Great minimalistic alternative to the traditional "Costanza" wallet. My old wallet was turning into a filing cabinet of receipts and loyalty cards. This wallet forces me to carry only the essentials. Which is exactly what I was looking for. It has the exact dimensions of the the Ridge wallet for less than half the cost. Build quality and the elastic bands are pretty robust. Clip holds money in place. Overall I'm very satisfied!

I love everything about this product! From the texture of the product and how I got what was in description. It took a few tries to get use to getting to the cards but it keeps getting easier. I am just wonder where do I buy the elastic straps when they start to get loose? Besides that I was very skeptical about the product but I am glad that I bought it still though

*** 3 Month Update ***After a few months of use, I still like this wallet.My biggest complaint is that the wallet has scratched off the numbers of my primary credit card. Fortunately, I have the numbers memorized, but it was an issue recently at the local DMV - they wouldn't accept the card. I knocked a star off for this reason.My next wallet will be similar, but different. I have adjusted to front pocket carry, and prefer it. I just don't like my cards being damaged.________________________________________________________________________________________________________The wallet takes a bit of getting used to. It has a beveled edge, and that helps to put cards in. Getting the cards out takes a bit of practice, but eventually you will move arrange your cards as you use them. The RF blocker actually works. I have to partly eject my office key card from the wallet in order for the card to be recognized by the access panel. The money clip doesn't sit very flat, and cash seems to float around a little. The elastic straps on the 3 sides appear to be adequate to hold my cards in place. The notch on the side makes it a bit easier to remove your cards.

Got this as an ‘I’ll try it’ alternative to the $70 highly marketed similar product.Gotta say, so far I really like it.Sure, it takes a little different technique to pull out the right card. And yes, you have to narrow down the cards you really need to have (I cut back to nine) but it really is compact - particularly as it combines whatvwas two pocket items into one.As for the RFID protection? I’ve never been convinced it’s necessary but I guess it is an added bonus.Finally, as to the reviewer that had concerns about wearing down the mag stripe all I’ve done is lever open the top to remove a card rather than slide it out. That and keeping the cards without a mag stripe facing the metal sleeves of the wallet. Works so far.

I love my new wallet. I’ve had it for about 1 month now and I’m very satisfied with it. A buddy of mine spend over $100 on a ridge wallet and after comparing it to mine, he regretted his and actually purchased on on here. It’s very slim and looks very classy. I will definately recommend this wallet to anyone wanting to make the switch to a slim wallet. I carry 9 cards regularly and it’s still slim enough

Honestly always wanted to try out one of these wallets, glad I did. This thing is great for cards, which is what I mostly use. I just keep the main one or two cards I use at the top of the stack and when I need to take them out I just slide them all to the side and pull the card I need. Doing it this way, when I put back the card it goes in relatively seamlessly with the rest all at once. it is experiencing some superficial wear to the edges, but I feel as though a wallet is more function over appearance. The money clip is a really nice addition if you ever want to carry cash with you, if not it works just as well as a secondary card holder. I use it mainly for my swipe access card and a giftcard or two.Eliminated my wallet bulge and is a lot less of a hassle to have to look through to manage whatever I have in it as my previous one did. Will update if the band ever breaks, but it seems very durable.

I just got the wallet, packaging of the wallet was not sealed and when I opened the box I saw scratches on the metal as if it had been used!!! Unacceptable! It was supposed to be a gift for someone else but cant do that now!Other than that it looks just like the pictures. Came with a small screw drives and 3 bolts....not sure what for....I guess as spare?

Premium finish and premium feel, definitely the best alternative to the ridge wallet, I'm so glad I trusted the reviews and took a chance, cannot recommend enough for anyone who is in doubt, save yourself money and buy this wallet.

Kudos to The Ridge for a great design. Unfortunately $110 is a bit out of my price range at the moment. This version does the trick for a fraction of the cost.

Been using it for a while now and it's awesome. Holds my money and all my plethora of cards haha .. my wallet is a million times smaller now.
