Works great for now, time will tell
So far so good. I got this to hold a greenscreen that isn't in yet, so I tested it with a bed sheet. I don't need it at it's full length and width, so it's pretty stable at the size I have it. However, when I tested the stand extended out to the full 10X9 it got a little unstable and would definitely need the 2 provided sandbags, and maybe even 2 more, in order to keep it more stabilized. It also seemed like it started to sag a bit in the middle at full extension with all 4 poles. I only need mine about 6.5 feet up, and only used 2 of the 4 top poles, at that configuration it was much more stable in the middle and at the base. The clamps are nice, they are hard to open, but that means it's hard for anything to slip out of them. The springs are very heavy duty. The side screen holders work well at keeping the fabric more taut, and they attach easily to the poles and fabric. The bag that it comes with essentially has room for the poles and stands only. You can cram the other bits in there too, but I would recommend finding another bag you can keep the other items in instead. Once the sand bags are filled you will need another bag that can hold them anyway. One of my main concerns is the horizontal stabilization bars on the stand legs are very thin, as you try to open and close the legs they want to bend, so you have to be careful as you open and close them. Any accidental pressure one way or the other as you close/open them up torques the legs and bends those bars. So I am not sure how many times these will open and close up without an accident like that.Mine also came with no instructions and I had to just kind of figure it out.I hope this holds up, we will see how long those leg stabilizers work out on the tripods.

Unable to hold 9 lbs. Curtain
Nice looking frame but too many knobs to adjust, after working knobs and adjustable poles for 20 minutes I gave up as I could not get top bar even. Unfortunately, I this stand could not hold a 9 lbs. macrame curtain. Top bar bows in the middle. See pic.
