DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT SAFE AT ALL.
This is by far the most horrible thing I have EVER bought on Amazon. Or maybe even my life. Seriously. DISREGARD, IGNORE, and KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT EVERY REVIEW THAT STATES THIS THINK IS A GOOD PURCHASE IS A LIE.Let me explain. Join me for a tale of wasted money and frustration that will make you wanna slap ya mama.First, I have MS, aka, Multiple Sclerosis. Being active is critical to my health and keeps me from having body cramps. I can't always go out to exercise, so I was looking for something that I could use at home. Hence, this stupid thing comes into the picture. I do what every responsible shopper does and read the reviews. I REPEAT, EVERY ONE THAT SAYS THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT IS A LIE. IT SUCKS. IT'S HORRIBLE.Second, I make the purchase. I get this thing home and I hope it up. I'm confused. I look at the instructions and think "What the fudge?" because there is literally NO explanation on how to put this thing together. There are lines, there are random bungees and screws. I knew at that point I had wasted my money. But I kept going. I kept trying.. I had hope. Pity.Third, 3 hours later, I had this thing put together. There it was, in all it's dumb wasted space. I was confused still because I had no idea what to do. There was no exercise guide. Oh wait, I redact that. There was instructions on the back of the instructions on how to move the cables. So I guess what that was the exercise guide. Let me explain.YOU HAVE TO LAY THIS THING ON IT'S SIDE TO MOVE THE CABLES AROUND.That may not seem like a big deal, but when you want to go from a leg workout, immediately into an arm workout, you don't want to take 10 minutes to flip your machine to cables.Fourth, let's just talk about the device itself. It's PLASTIC. The whole dern thing. If you're a strong man, you'll break it. Like my 22 year old son, when he grabbed the bottom to move it. Just snapped a piece of plastic right off. The "handle bars" that you can use to do push ups on this flimsy piece of plastic, yeah - go ahead and try. You'll face plant into plastic, if you don't break the handle things first. Speaking of the handles - the cables are wound through the plastic bottom and then connect through this handle. Then you stand on this plastic bottom and do bicep curls. That's about all you can do, else you'll snap the plastic board. This things also came with 2 sliding feet things. You have to connect them with your cables. This is a pain in the neck. Ask me how I know. There is literally, ZERO resistance, not to mention, NO STABILITY. AT ALL. Ask me how many times I fell down. Only once and then I stopped using the stupid thing. It is my very humble opinion that this product should be banned because it is NOT SAFE. And should you fail to buy said product and then lowkey hate it later, I reserve the right at this moment to now say "I TOLD YOU SO".

Overly great
This product came in good shape and it’s easy to assemble. I use it on daily basis to stay fit at home during covid. It’s not like the machine in real gym but the compact size serves great purpose for home. Overall great experience and it’s affordable too.

not stable
The equipment is not stable because of the effect of the rubber tubes. The tubes stretch, then bounce back quickly that can easily throw a person off balance. It would help if I can rely on the handle to maintain balance, but the handle wobbles. Very disappointed! Worst yet, eBay is selling the same equipment for $46.99!

You don't need it! Very cumbersome! Manufacturer defect!
The media could not be loaded. ProsVsCons Critique ReviewPros & Cons are top2bottom=best2worst critique.Pros: UTILITY; May provide a petite person with some use, maybe for rehabilitation, being 5'10 I am not too tall to say be unable to use but maybe a bit big to feel the device is safely secure.VALUE: Purchased during BLK-Fri sale for $33+change, would have been a steal deal if the product was not a complete disappointment, even with the discount I find no practical use for the "Multi-fit Bench" so I am returning it.DESIGN; Seems sleek & foldable to be put away, but as I can not see myself using the device it is akin to a coat rack stationary bike, some parts are metal but to much plastic gives it a cheap feel.FUNCTIONALITY; The designers tried their best to fit as much functionality into the device as possible unfortunately the functions seem to fall flat of their intended purpose, looks like a nifty piece of workout equipment but is nothing short of a space taker, in my experience.(Yes I am aware that the Pros present negative criticisms aswell but that is just how bad the product was.)Cons: UTILITY: Function 6 in the User Manual as explained from my video will not work & may even be a hazard if not corrected by manufacturer, overall fails to deliver much utility after trying all the intended exercises from the promotional video, they felt very cumbersome to change the functions as they deal with lifting the platform to its side & fidgeting with the assembly resistance bands & the workout positions felt uncomfortable to say the lease, didn't really know what was being targeted, seemed more of an overall aerobic exercise you really have to go fast on most reps as the resistance bands do not provide any practical resistancein nearly all the Function settings.FUNCTIONALITY; Claims to have 6 functional transformations into different fitness workouts, yet provides no bio data or health graphs of the workouts targeting the specific muscle area, failed to deliver any functionality.DESIGN: Platform is some kind of semi-hard abs plastic that has enough structure to it to do the advert. exercises but not reliability sturdy to be used to full potential I would say.VALUE; Can not recommend for any more than $50, better off buying a set of resistance bands & hooking them onto a door for some of the similar workouts.

Workout for sure
Definitely say bye to that gym membership and get this because it replaces so many workout equipment and takes up very little room. Folds up to nothing yet gives you a very good sweaty workout. Great healthy buy 😉
