I've been on the hunt for a shoe rack for months and finally found the perfect one. We had a narrow, wasted space behind our closet door that wasn't deep enough for some closet systems, 38" wide by 12" deep. This shoe rack was exactly the size I'd been searching for. Many pricier shoe shelves were much shorter and have only 9-10 tiers vs this rack with 12 tiers. We stacked the 2 units and used the provided anchoring straps. My husband wanted to anchor them to studs which didn't line up with the corners of the rack, so he used them differently than how they were intended but his method worked perfectly. I was a little concerned that the metal would be flimsy but it's quite strong and stable, especially after my genius husband found a way to anchor it to the studs. Time to buy more shoes!

I am pleased with my purchase. The instructions were very clearly understandable and assembly although it was a lot to do. It was one to two steps just repetitively because there’s so many shelves. I think the construction was done well and I appreciate the fact that it is metal mesh, and metal sides On a side note, I am very disappointed with shipping of it because it took over a week to arrive (although it was in my area already) and I know that that’s not an Amazon specific thing nor a seller specific thing I just wish that more awareness of shipping through FedEx can be disappointing at times and I wish that there was a way to specify who the shipper was because I’m sure that in my area it’s different than other areas but in my area specifically we have a real big problem with FedEx delivering items. They literally say it’s out for delivery and then it’s like it takes a ride on the vehicle all day and then the last moment of the evening it says “oops it’s experiencing a delay” and I had that for this item specifically for over a week of every single day saying that it was out for delivery and they did not deliver it. I know I’m just kind of ranting on this. It has nothing to do with the product itself, but I just wish that there was a way for customers to request different shippers when they order.

Probably the best sturdy reliable shoe rack on all of Amazon if you have a huge collection of shoes. I wear size 13 and 14 men's shoes and works great for them

Look, I get it, a lot of people here looking for a shoe rack want to make sure it's a good fit and NOT a piece of garbage. I can say with confidence this is a very good purchase. It fits perfectly in my living room and is very sturdy. Holds many pairs of shoes and actually looks nice / not out of place.The good thing about this product is the quality of the materials used which in my opinion are way better than other stuff you see on this site. If you are in need of a larger shoe rack and want to make sure what you're buying is not literal garbage than look no further and buy this one. 5/5 would recommend, easy setup etc.

I love this shoe rack to hold all my spools of ribbon in craft room.

It's nice, it's light weight, but it isn't stable on its own not attached to a wall. You can fix this however, with cross braces on the back to support it. I used 3/4" x 1/8" x 48" aluminum slats to brace it and now it's very stable. Also, to stack the two halves, it has plastic clips that I didn't find to be adequate. For this I used a scrap piece of the same aluminum slats to make a better attachment.
