10/07/18Received as pictured.This unit was more expensive than other similar DSL filters, but, from the pictures, it had a phone line in the back instead of some integrated plug for the phone jack. I wanted this feature to ensure a reliable connection to the phone jack. (my opinion only) As the pictures show, the unit is longer than many DSL filters that attach to a wall jack designed for a hanging phone.No instruction were provided, but I did not have any trouble attachine this to my phone.
