I've slept on this cot every night for coming up on a year. It still looks as good as the day I got it, and the fabric has shown no signs of wearing out, stretching, or dulling in appearance. I don't take it apart every day, but have disassembled it to transport it a few times. The manufacturer provides a really nice carrying case that is the perfect size to fit all the pieces without having to jam them in.It's extremely easy to set up and I've gotten faster at getting it out every time. It's very lightweight and I sometimes do worry that a larger person would break it, but so far, it still looks brand new.The cot has been great for my back, which hasn't hurt a single time since I got it. My old mattress used to kill me. Sometimes, I get a little cold because the taut "mattress" part of the cot is quite thin, but you can choose to lay down a blanket or just add more layers on top. I find it also keeps me nice and cool in the summer.My friends never miss an opportunity to tell me my room looks spartan, but hey. I like what I like. Anyone who has laid down on it agrees it's very comfortable.

This was much better than I expected! It has sturdy side poles for the cot bed and the mechanism for the legs is solid and quick. The cot is pretty comfortable all by itself and packs small and light. I don't think it is backpack light and small but it sure is good for tossing in the camper just in case.
