If you’re 5’ 3” or around that height I recommend just the large if you want a little oversized and medium for better fit from what it seems, the XL was obviously a little too big, i bought it at that size because i was afraid it would be too small based on other reviews.

So I tried buying this blanket somewhere else - only to be given the quality of a spirit halloween costume. This blanket, tho, is EXACTLY as pictured. It's a blanket that is like ur eaten by a shark! I'm 6' tall and a little on the heavy side and it fits great. Obviously walking isn't really an option though with the fact that you're shoving your legs into a tail and it fits a smidge snug around the legs but that helps it look better in my opinion. If the material had a little stretch to it would be perfect

My son absolutely loves this. It's very soft inside and out. Great material, washes well and fits perfect.
