My husband loves this stuff, it smells good and does great for his waves. It washes out really good and moisturizes his hair as well

The first thing noticed upon opening the jar was the smell, which is reminiscent of a men's cologne spray. The scent is noticeable yet not overly strong. The jar's 4 oz size is satisfactory given the quantity of pomade. The pomade's consistency is comparable to a water-based gel, being lightweight and successfully holding hair in place while aiding in the formation of wave patterns. It does not leave a heavy or sticky residue.

The wave caps are not very large or oversized like the description said In fact they’re pretty small. The wave butter and wave control pomade are small cans only about 1.05 oz 30 grams each they look larger online that’s the reason I only gave four stars. It’s still a pretty nice set and I’m sending it to my grandson.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought it for my husband and he likes it. It really makes his hair wavy and shiny. Plus its not greasy!

The product is a very thick gel. It's hard to spread and hard to measure how much is optimal for any given hair texture. It says apply water to hair to refresh waves but that makes it packed down with an unnatural look and feel.The good thing is it washed out easily. I'll stick to the all-natural products that don't make my hair look healthy, less greasy, and not caked up. My great Unk used to say, "fried, died, and laid to the side". That's the look this product gives.
