New Wasn’t New
So the item seems to work fine, and came fully charged, but I’m not certain it was a new device. It didn’t come in new plastic and it’s scuffed a small bit.

A lot of power for the price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a power pack that had both USB-A and USB-C ports. Also wanted something with quite a bit of power to ensure I could keep my phone and tablet charged during power outages, which are almost inevitable down here in South Florida during the hurricane season This device seems to fit the bill. I have noted that in the past couple of weeks there have been a couple of recall, notices for Anker power packs. The notices always give a model number, but it’s almost impossible to find it on the device itself. (I still haven’t found it) I had to go back to my original order and find the Amazon page from where I bought it and buried in all the information. I finally found a model number. Fortunately, this model was not on recall. The bad reputation that lithium power packs have for generating fires makes it necessary to watch for these recalls. Maybe anchor could put the model number in a more visible spot on the devices themselves. Or is that wishful thinking?

The Power Bank That Teaches You Patience… and Then Betrays You
Oh, the excitement I felt when I bought this Anker 40,000mAh, 30W portable charger—because who wouldn’t want to carry around a brick of unlimited energy for their MacBook, iPhone, iPad, Samsung, and probably the neighbor’s Tesla?Step 1: Plug it in.It doesn’t come with a charger (why would it? That’s so mainstream), so charging it from empty on a standard 5V/2A wall adapter took… oh, about the same time it would take to watch the entire Lord of the Rings trilogy. Extended editions. Twice. Functionality Zero.Step 2: Enjoy the magic. Ease to use.For two glorious weeks, I was living the dream. High-speed charging for all my devices. I felt invincible. I was the walking power grid. Battery life and Capacity sounded great?Step 3: Reality check. Then… it decided full charges were just “too much work.” I followed Anker’s own magical ritual—drain it, recharge it, never let it drop below 80%—and sure, it worked. For a few days. Then it decided to retire early. Permanently.Step 4: Customer service fun.Contacted Anker support. Got instructions that basically read like an ancient scroll: “Repeat the steps that already failed.” Replacement? Not an option for fast service. Translation: “Enjoy your $100 paperweight.”Final thoughts:Out of all the Anker products I’ve owned—and I’ve owned plenty—this is the first one that flopped. Usually, they’re rock-solid. This? This was an expensive lesson in disappointment, disguised as a power bank. Highly recommend… if your goal is to practice Zen-level patience before it dies on you.

Great product
This portable is honestly great it takes a whole day to charge but the best thing about it is how convenient and fast it charges my devices I love this so much especially for power outages or emergencies it’s also very heavy.

decent battery bank for the price
got an email that requested i write a review. Of something that I expect to last 4-10 years and only got two weeks ago. Oh well...here goes.I've had good experience with Anker over the years. Good quality. Lasts a long time. This device was heavier than i expected, but its 40K amp storage (or whatever the correct term is), so i guess that is expected. No frills. Took a long time to initially charge. I've charged my phone with it a few times and it barely scratches the surface of the charge this thing holds, so that's good.for the rest, i'll let you know in about four years. if it's still going strong - yeah, i'll give it 5 stars. but for now...

Reliable after 2yrs
I've hit the 2yr mark with power bank and it's surprisingly has survived. It's been primarily used for work on the go and school. It's still holds its charge and doesn't have any issues internally. I would definitely suggest anyone who useses there phone daily and or is a student with a big bag to buy this power bank. As you can charge your phone 2 times a day for 6 days straight without having to recharge the bank. It can charge both my ipads and my Ti-84 calculator at the same time during the semester.

Worth the money
Takes a bit long to charge even with a 70watt brick but it’s well worth the money and lasts longgggg.
