This Gotham Steel Ceramic Non-Stick Griddle is a piece of crap! After 6 weeks of use, everything stick and burns. Near impossible to clean. Amazon will not replace after 30 days. Product has a 90 day free replacement, but the company is impossible to reach. Do not Buy this item.

Placed it on the burner. Heated up the surface to 350 degrees, placed my salmon on the grill surface. Gave it a minute and attempted to flip. Half of the salmon stayed on the grill surface.Tried it with hamburger patties. Same result.Tried it with steak and it burned the steak on the raised surfaces and did not cook the spaces in between.I have a red copper pan (competitor brand) and heat it up to 500 degrees on the stove top and drop in raw steak. Watch it sizzle for 1.5 minutes and flip wait for 1.5 minutes. I then put the pan in the 475 Degree oven for 7 minutes for a 1.5 inch thick steak and it is the most tender steak you can find. I simply rinse the pan and its completely clean, no sticking.They advertise the Gotham to function like this but this one doesn't.Don't recommend this brand.

Definitely not a non-stick. What a lie. Look what happened after I tried to grill a fish.

Garbage. Don't waste your money. This is how this "non-stick" surface looks after 2 uses.

Love everything you can do with it, but we cooked a few things that stuck, including eggs, and after 3 uses we had chips and scratches. It advertises "no sticking and no scratches" so I'm not sure if we got a defective one or if they simply aren't as high quality as they claim.

Very disappointed in the "non-stick" claim, this product it is not. Using the grill side, the meat sears onto the grill and is a bit difficult to clean. Still, I do appreciate being able to grill indoors. The non-stick claim does not hold true for the griddle side either. It seemed to be most effective the very first time I used it, but after that food (pancakes) stuck to the surface and required shots of Pam for each new batch.

First use - warmed tacos on med-low - chip came out of bottom of pan. 2nd use - heated bread on medium - silver dollar sized black spot in middle of pan. Worst pan I have ever purchased

Not compatible with induction hob

Worked well with first few uses. I bought the whole frying pan set as well. Everything sticks to these pans if you do not use any cooking spray. They supposed to be durable, resistant to scratches. Not true.But wait there is more. Cleaning is gets harder as they get older. Don't believe manufacture's claims.

not even 2 months of use they say not sticky they are LIARS bad publicity they don't even backup there product suppose to be guaranteed the SELLER don't even answer I do not recommand that PRODUCT and the BRAND GOTHAM

The first time I used this, right away I noticed the pan was warped when I put my eggs on and they ran to the edges. I wanted to love it as it would be great for cooking Bacon. I love my bacon. I received it Nov. 18 2020, used it almost every day. About a week ago every thing started slicking in the central area where you see the black marks in the pic. I am very disappointed in the product. I have only had it a couple of weeks (today is Dec. 3/2020. and it is useless/unusable. Save your money.
