Preis Leistung daher unterirdisch, KEINE Kaufempfehlung.

Too tied in to an app
My experience with this product was frustrating. It started with it coming in a broken case, but that's not the company's fault. It got worse from there, though. I spent hours attempting to set it up, but was unable to do so.First of all, you have to register the device and give out personal information just to access the manual (and you'll start getting emailed ads). I signed up, and printed out a copy so I would know what to do.After you get the manual you'll find out that the device is locked until you download their app and use that to unlock the device.I tried to download the app to my tablet and was told it wasn't compatible. So, I switched to my phone. Same message from the Play store. The app has pretty bad reviews on both operating systems it's available on.Unfortunately, the company has no workaround for those who want to use the product without the app, or can't use the app--there's no other way to unlock it (even just to use it as a face scrubber with no personalization). So I got desperate. I downloaded an Android emulator to use it with my Windows laptop. Sadly, that type of thing doesn't work with Bluetooth. But I was able to use the app through that (minus the all-important device pairing), and saw that it asks information such as your age, how much water you drink in a day, and your exercise habits. Is the device really evaluating your skin? If so, why would the app need information like this to figure out the device's routine? It seems gimmicky to me.I wanted to make sure the Bluetooth on the device wasn't broken. I was able to pair it with my Windows computer, but my phone wouldn't recognize it, and the Luna was recognized by my tablet, but the Luna refused the connection. My main advice is: Look up the app first (It's called "FOREO For You"). See if you like the permissions and if it's compatible with your tablet or phone. What can you do without the app? Nothing. You must use the app to unlock the device. The manual says one reason they do this is to "protect against fake/copied FOREO products." I'm glad most electronics companies don't operate this way! I'd be stuck with lots of paperweights. It seems very self-serving, and not putting users first.Another thing I wasn't thrilled about is when the batteries run out, the manual states that you have to throw the device away (!). Because I had nothing to lose with a device that won't work for me, I checked by opening it up (which the manual says not to do until you're throwing it away). It's just normal AAA batteries inside the device. As long as it's still water-tight, I would hope perhaps it's reusable. However, that's not what's advised in the manual.I'm keeping the unit in case they expand Android compatibility or add a Windows-based program, but as of now, it's just a useless product for me. Even then, I'm not thrilled with the setup that forces you to use an app, the forced advertising, the app's invasive questioning, or the way the device is meant to be thrown out. It's just not user-friendly--and this is coming from someone who tried earnestly for hours to get it to work. I think it's extremely shortsighted of a company to force app usage with absolutely no other option in case of technical incompatibilities.

Like it but don’t love it
This was my first experience using a cleaning brush like this. Upon opening it was a tad confusing where to start but eventually I got found some direction. After the first cleansing with this little device I was shocked at how much softer my face felt. It exfoliated my skin perfectly and gave me an excellent foundation to apply my products. The app side of the device is an interesting touch. I like being able to analyze and customize my experience although I did have a few connectivity issues here and there.
