Good set of chairs for the price, light weight and sturdy. The wood seems to be good quality, very hard and all the pre-drilled holes were correct and lined up. Hardware was decent quality and the chairs assembled without any issues. They are light in color and I ended up restraining them a bit darker with an oil based stain.

Nice chairs not for bigger people though

Received my package today with my new folding Adirondack chair. Upon opening it I noticed it was packaged correctly and done well with cushioning of Styrofoam boards. It came with individual bags of different screws and nuts and bolts that were necessary. Also came with a wrench tool to hold the nuts accordingly. A bond looking at the instructions it seem pretty straightforward. Was a relatively simple build with the tool provided and using a battery operated screw gun. Took me a total of about 20 to 30 minutes to build. Was able to remove a couple of parts that I placed on backwards and put them back in correct position. I recommend paying very close attention to where the 4-in directional holes are to be placed. It seems like it's a pretty well built, well constructed item out of true real wood, not plastic or manufactured. Depending on my needs I may very well purchase another one of these in the near future. Totally worth the low cost which can usually frighten someone thinking it's a piece of junk but this one is very solid and heavy duty. Quite pleased with my purchase. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because it did require building on my end, which the seller does state in the ad. It would have been nice if it came completely built in a folded position. Oh yeah, forgot to mention this truly does fold up into a relatively compact position where you can set it in your garage instead of leaving it outside.

The chairs are foldable and very comfortable however not durable. The supporting wood framing under one arm was quite brittle so it cracked away from the screws which provide support to the arm. With the arm loosen from the chair, the whole chair has almost fallen apart in just 2 months. No issue with the other chair as yet. I am disappointed because I really loved these chairs. The chairs were kept covered from the elements when they were not in use so this bad outcome was not cause by misuse or the element, the support wood was just quite brittle and since all parts of the chair function together, the whole thing begin to break way as well.Update: Seller contacted me promptly with the promise of a replacement for the broken chair. I am still waiting for the promise to be fulfilled. This hasn't happened yet. Will update further if the chair is delivered by the seller. What I found strange in the communication is that my address was being requested even though that address remains the same as per the original Amazon purchase. The seller was directed to use the same address and information as per the original purchase, information which can be provided by Amazon. Let's hope the request is not a tactic to delay resolving the issue.Further Update: This company has great customer service and was consistent in making contact with me through Amazon to indicate their interest in replacing the chair that had failed. I have now submitted to WSM the relevant delivery information for the replacement and the company has confirmed that replacement will be made by January 10th 2023. I am very satisfied with this outcome and would therefore not hesitate to recommend these chairs but the great customer service offered by the company. On the basis of this service experience, my rating has been upgraded to 5 stars.
