Good value for the money, It worked really good for me, as long as you know what you're doing should work for anyone, very happy with the product.

Got a valuable reminder on why it’s not worth it to cheap out on tools. Crank puller turned the crank threads on my Trek Marlin to swiss cheese effortlessly. Absolutely ruined. Instead of pushing outwards and remaining straight it buckles and shears the threads right off. Forced to literally cut my cranks off with an angle grinder.The kicker though? I get through all that nonsense to then use the bottom bracket tool AND IT ROUNDS OFF THE SPLINES IN THE BB. Now I can’t turn it out without this thing just camming right out.Absolutely kicking myself for this one. Just don’t do it. Spend the extra money on the good ones and save yourself the headache. The bill for my local bike shop to (hopefully) get me out of this mess is surely going to cost more in the long run. Not to mention the cost now of a whole new crankset and bottom bracket. Unreal.

The product removed the bike crank without any problem.

Using this to remove my paddle made me feel like it was going to strip the threads, so I backed it out and applied some machine oil to the threads before I used it. This allowed me to use the tool successfully, but the threads are not great tolerances so there is some slop in this tool

Tossed the wrench but the rest of it worked just fine.

I didn't really get to use this as it broke almost immediately. While extracting the crank on my bicycle, the threads on the extractor got stripped, rendering the tool useless. Got an extractor from my LBS which was a lot more solid and worked perfectly.

Sorta served its purpose...just not very good. Easy to strip splined on bottom bracket.
