Pretty decent for the price. I do find like most insoles you have to cut carefully and go for one size up then cut to size because before you know it it’s far too small for the shoe. These insoles are completely flat and don’t provide additional arch support but are versatile and can be used in lots of different types of shoes.The material was easy to cut to size and comfortable to sleeve without adding too much bulk to the bottom of the shoe - sometimes I find insoles cause less ankle support at the back of the shoe but these were fine.They add a good layer for thinner soled shoes like converse (that’s what I used them for) and provide a good layer of warmth.

Great ro put in cheaper or flat shoes for more padding and looks cute when you take your feet out. Have purchased multiple times

They do the job and are easy to cut but we wasted a pair because the cut line was nowhere near the right size. I cut along the size 5 line which is what the new shoes are (from a quality brand so nothing wrong with the sizing of the shoe!) put the insole in the shoe and there was at least a 1cm clearance all around the insole inside the shoe. Cut the other pair along the size 8 line thinking I could trim down from there - no need for further trimming though they fit perfectly.Thankfully we still have smaller feet in the household who will likely make use of the others that got cut too small but still very frustrating. Don’t trust the lines for sizing - measure for yourself first!

Nice insoles. Bought for trainers which are hard on my feet. Make them more comfortable and look OK too.

I'm a uk3/eu36 and bought these to fit into size bigger doc marten boots (I'm a uk3.5 in docs but they don't do half sizes so I size up for comfort) so I cut the insole to fit size uk4/eu37 as I was advised that extra insoles will help reduce the sizing to fit a half size. As I've inserted it into the boot I realised that not only the cut out is too short but also really narrow so decided to measure my foot and according to the insole I'm a size uk6 and my foot is as wide as that of a man. They are also extremely thin so not sure where the memory foam is. Maybe they would fit a tennis trainers from Shoe Zone they're that narrow when cut to suggested size. What a waste of time! Glad they're only a few quid.

Nice insoles and easy to cut to size. These are for standard shoe sizes so if you have a wide fitting shoe may not be wide enough.
