The media could not be loaded. I am giving this review after using the product for one month. The product is absolutely good and it is worth for money. Sound quality & Picture quality is excellent. I converted my CRT TV to Smart TV with this product. You should buy this only if you have good internet connection. You can control this even with your phone as well. But for this model there is no power ON/OFF button and volume buttons.

Really refurbished products are also good and performs well.But some time, remote stop working, and i need to open the back and remove the batteries and then again place..

I tried other adapters but still no power, hence not detected on TV's HDMI connection. No question of bluetooth pairing with remote either. Not quality checked by Amazon properly. I mean...No POWER?!!! I am getting no communication on this non-functional refurbished fire stick from Amazon. The "Contact Customer Service" button is also not working. This like hirring a dead end. Not expected from Amazon. Should I complain to Customer Forum? This is the 3rd time it is happening to me. This policy of not enabling return or replacement is extremely disappointing. Please let so.eone call me and resolve all my issues. I have a 32 inch VW TV and a refurbished Amazon Baics Soundbar, packed and waiting for return already. I am being left with no option but to complain of this on various social media and legal fora.
