Chiro says I have herniated disks and the only way to improve outside of surgery is jello and bone broth. Real bone broth is the best but I am no fan of the taste. Thats where these caps come in handy though improvement is not particularly noticeable. (probably due to how serious joint injury is) Price is great and there have been no noticeable side effects

I bought a 180-count container of these in April and had been taking the recommended three after any time I went to the gym. The last four times I took them, I ended up throwing up. I was sick and had been taking other medications at the time, so I didn’t think to check these as the culprit. However, last night I took only these and threw up again. Out of suspicious curiosity I check the bottle, and they had EXPIRED in January! Three months before I even purchased them! My refund/return window has inconveniently closed, so instead I’ll post this warning. Do NOT trust this seller and don’t buy these capsules! A waste of money and a hazard to my health.
