I saw this product while glancing thru Facebook it was ana Dr on how some woman discovers this product and how I believe shark tank supported it for Weight loss and that it had Apple cider vinegar with the mother in it along with vitamins potassium magnesium etc so decided to try it as ads were convincing and now I have ordered it 3 times , I do see a difference in my weight and llost 2 inches from my belly/ waist and lost 12 lbs . I don’t feel as bloated and it does make you urinate a lot so it’s detoxing and cleansing like it says ! They are great tasting and I take them every day part of my routine . I am totally addicted to them as I feel like they truly work and make me feel so much lighter and not so bloated either ! I gice then a 4.7 stars ⭐️!!!

DID NOT WORK FOR ME . BUT, IT SEEMS TO WORK FOR OTHERS THAT I HAVE TALKED TO.

The taste is good. It just didn't work for me.

Last time I remember sugar how the body sees it is as carbs

They have a taste of vinegar which I find objectionable. If you hold your nose while chewing it you can't taste it. As far as weight loss - it states you don't have to change anything to loss weight. Been on it 3 weeks - lost 2 pounds. It does curb my appetite but the only way you are going to lose weight it by watching what you eat and exercise so I'm starting both in hopes this continues to curb my eating.

I have lost zero weight but these do seem to curb appetite. I personally do not recommend taking more than two a day because it has caused very loose bowels and upset stomach with flu like symptoms for a couple days if I take more than 2 a day (one morning , one evening)
