Large fits great (not too tight, not too loose) on 130lb/34D/36C. Keeps wetness and stink away all day! I have never been diagnosed with hyperhydrosis but do sweat even when cold.The design of this shirt is awesome, absorbent where needed (good coverage), scoop neck front and back aren't seen with my regular clothes (actually falls right where an every day undershirt/tank top is anyway), has comfortable stretch to the fabric, and bottom of shirt has never rolled up or been tight at all. I feel like a medium might be clausrophibically tight for my preference so I stick with large. Loved the shirt so much I did buy a second.Would buy more if was a lesser price point but I can better make sure I always have a clean shirt on hand with two in my collection.Highly recommend based on my research on design and wash/dry ability (others didn't measure up).

So many misleading reviews saying the padding is thick that in fact it’s very very very thin but it does work well.

This garment really works to collect underarm sweat and keep it contained. Comfortable, discrete, and not binding. Easy on and easy off. Launders easily. No more wet shirts. Moderately priced and highly recommended.

If your boobs are big the undershirt will slide up over them and read on top. It’s horrible. I had to go to the bathroom and adjust at least 9 times during an 8 hour shift.It needs elastic or something at the bottom to hold the shirt down. Highly upset. And for the record I am DDD - F depending on the bra store.

I like the design and the material. However, the seams are not very good: they got torn in some places after the first wash.

It helps you stay dry. I like it.

Please make this top in black and nude. Very comfortable.

I'm actually able to wear a satin midtone dress shirt with this. Great product.
