I just used them for the first time (2023) and found them to be quite capable tools. The flat scraper especially filled a niche that I'd been looking for forever, its always tough to scrape the guts out of a pumpkin but the compact size of this one makes it easy.Only downside I found is that the serrated knife isn't big or fast enough to carve a large pumpkin—I just use a drywall jab saw for that—but what it is good for is carving very fine details that a jab saw is too large for. So I recommend buying this and a jab saw, if you want to have a splendid time carving!

Great for kids (10 & up) and adults. Very durable, easy to clean and survived the dish washer.

These are the sturdiest pumpkin carving tools I've ever used before! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the plastic on the guts scooper is not as smooth as it could be and is also a little too close to the serrated metal edge; I had to be careful when scooping not to let it slide down my palm or the serrated edge would scrape near my wrist! I was skeptical at first, but this kit was spectacular!! Way stronger than I thought. And the included stencils were amazing to use with them being stickers. This ain't your cheap Dollar Tree product here!!

Great for he price, but some of the pieces weren't very sturdy and are very loose.

These feel like very sturdy carving knives. Can’t wait to use them! The stencil stickers are a little smaller than I thought, but that’s okay.*UPDATE*They worked perfectly. Usually I break the carving knives, but I was able to carve 2 pumpkins with zero issues and I can even use them next year!**UPDATE**I used the same carving knives again this Halloween! These are AMAZING. Highly recommend.

It is plenty sturdy and easy to use. The kids were very happy to see the carved pumpkins. Easily the best carving tools I have used so far.

These will last. Except maybe the serrated knife, it was a bit iffy - thin blade, meets thick pumpkin - but that’s fairly normal for these things. I’ll just have to be careful with it. But the scooper thing is the best thing since sliced bread! It made hollowing out the pumpkin a breeze. I’d recommend the set just for that.
