I purchased this camera after extensive searching and reviewing multiple videos. The camera comes packaged very well and when taking it out of its box, I was impressed with the immediate feel of quality. It's something that you can touch and know it is solid and well made. I charged the camera for 2 hours as suggested and then went into the setup which is very easy to follow. In connecting the unit inside my car, I used the suction mount, knowing that when I found the right place to position it, I would probably need to use the 3M glued mount. So far the suction has held through much heat and a lot of vibration. I also purchased the cabin camera with this unit. It mounts solidly into the mini HDMI connection and gives great interior shots with it's 170 degree field as well. The only possibly complaint I could have is the magnetic connection holding the camera to the mount is too aggressive, causing the mount to swivel each time the camera is removed and necessitating adjustment again. That said, the camera is made in the UK with distribution and customer service in the US. I contacted them with questions before purchase and they were fast to answer and had excellent skills in handling questions. I would recommend this camera to my friends and family with no hesitation.

I love my camera. Great video. The car next to me pulled out into intersection on Green Light. Someone ran the red and he got t - boned. right in front of me. He got the video from my camera for police and his insurance.. Now my problem. Today, i went to remove my camera from the mount and the whole back screen fell off from the frame. It was still connected with the ribbon connector. Car was out in the 80 degree partial sun today. Top down.. Too Hot? Anyway. I looked at it closely and could see it was previously glued in. So some "Gorilla Super Glue" on a few edge spots and we are back in Business..

The rubber sticker that secures to the windshield keep come unstuck. Now using the suction cup mount. OK so far. Well, after a year in use, it has stopped working. Sent factory email, no reply. Best Buy no help. Very disappointed. 😤😤

This dashcam does exactly what it promises. First, the installation on my windshield was very easy and it was simple to find the proper placement of the dashcam to ensure that my recordings included the maximum information of all my trips. The ability to remove the dashcam when not driving is a great benefit and with the power being supplied to the attached base it is a huge plus and very convenient. The recordings are high resolution and the ability to attach a rear camera by just clipping it into the dashcam without any extra installation is a plus. I also enjoy the recordings having my exact speed and location on the map. I've added a rear camera and the picture quality has remained high. Adding the rear was extremely easy to do and it's a secure fit. The smartphone application that goes with the dashcam makes it easy to transfer files and watch the selected recording. All in all this was a great investment that adds a non biased recording of all events, with all critical information, for that "just in case" event. It is the perfect addition to my new car, and to any person's car that wants an added set of eyes.

I've had multiple issues with this camera across the past 3-4 years I've had this. I didn't write a review before as their support team was able to solve the issue each time, but now I've been ghosted by Nextbase support representative who was handling my ticket. It's been a month now since I last received a response I originally purchased as the selling point here is the camera may turn on if another car hits it in a parking lot. This would be useful in recording hit and runs. However, I've had multiple SD card issues. Last year, I hit a deer and the recording was corrupted a couple hours before and after the accident, but recordings from other days were fine. Per my email conversation with a Nextbase support representative, I had to perform a firmware update due to footage becoming corrupted. Unfortunately, my dash cam's recording functionality has now completely stopped after I followed Nextbase's instructions on firmware updates. I may consider changing my rating if a representative reaches out and fixes my issue. I bought a backup camera from Nextbase and would prefer to have my issue fixed or have a new one sent in so that I don't throw these in the trash.

Very disappointed in this camera. Purchased specifically for a roadtrip and 10 min down the road it fell out of window .... repeatedly. The suction cup is terrible. While away I tried a few different things and NOTHING worked. Just arrived home last night Of course now it's too late to return BY 2 DAYS.... VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very nice little dash cam. Easy to set up and thankfully I've had no occurrences to test its camera. Nice peace of mind!

I have looked at and purchased dash cams over the last three years. Prices and features are all over the place. Why do I like this one? Phone App that is easy to use and well thought out, WiFi Downloadable video. You need to buy a SD Card. The Cost was very reasonable for a 128 GB . $30.00 Just make sure you get the Fast write speed. It shows a GPS map showing the route you took. Shows Speed Rear Camera Compatible. Yes I added that feature also. Works great. Parking monitor, that is activated by a G force sensor. Records using the internal battery. Very Clear Picture! Wide angle lens. The mount is double sided tape so I know it will not fall down. The camera is small. I put ours up by the mirror so you don't block any line of site. It turns out the System is used in the UK and its the number one brand. I can see why. The quality is outstanding on both the camera and the support software. I have the 322 model they have two models up from that but I didn't think I needed the Alexa voice App. Amazon does not carry the full line at the moment. Only place I found it was at Best Buy. I will be getting another one.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e facilità di installazione della dashcam anteriore. La sto utilizzando da un mese e ne sono soddisfatto, le immagini sono dettagliate e la visione notturna è sufficiente, tenendo conto del prezzo del prodotto. Aggiornamenti al 2024 sono passati 20 mesi e la batteria si è gonfiata, risultato lo schermo si è staccato e la batteria esce dalla sua posizione. Ho cercato in rete una batteria di ricambio senza trovare nulla. Reputo 20 mesi un tempo veramente breve per il costo sostenuto. Sicuramente non ricomprerei questo prodotto e lo sconsiglio vivamente.
