Without knowing how tall you are, I am guessing this is bigger than you are looking for. I’m 5’10” and the top of the handle reaches just above my armpit. The stick is wood, so it would be easy to cut it to whatever size you want if you want to take the risk

I'd like to use it with a self standing quad base rubber. Do you know if that's possible? The quad base on fits standard canes with a 3/4" diameter.

No it won’t fit the quad rubber base! I have one from my regular Cane and the base is larger than the basic cane base.

Do they sell these in black?

In Wood color, but I’m sure you could use a dark varnish or wood paint?
