These are my daily wear heel. I have feet that are slightly wider than medium—not wide enough for a wide size—and I find that Chinese Laundry is usually a good fit for me. So those with super narrow feet will want to look elsewhere. I’m on my third pair of these shoes, and I find they go with anything. I literally wear them every day. As for comfort? They’re super high heels, so I personally modify them with Vivian Lou insoles. I do have a desk job, which is why I can keep these on my feet all day, but I just hustled across a huge church campus today while wearing these bad girls and they held up well. You won’t regret buying them! Do it!

I have an unhealthy relationship with shoes (admitting it is half the problem, right?). I wear heels to work most every day. I'm certainly not opposed to wearing a less than comfortable option for the sake of an outfit and often choose my shoes based on the weather or my mood and then pick an ensemble to match (yeah, yeah....I already acknowledged that I have issues). These shoes are a great choice no matter the day. They're the comfortable go-to on the days that I really just don't have it in me to tolerate uncomfortable. They're great on days when I'm running late and need a trusty pair to grab dashing out the door. They're suitable for that surprise rain shower that I should have checked the weather and planned around. They look great with a dress or a suit or even work for a night on the town. I have multiple pairs of Chinese Laundry heels that I've owned for several years so my experience with the quality made these a no brainer. These are a great staple to add to your collection.

It is a lovely looking shoes, but the manufacturer did not advise that the shoe runs small and narrow. So, if you have a medium to wide foot and a high arch, it is advisable to order a larger size. I had to return this item because my actual shoe size did not fit and i did not want the bother of an exchange.

I wear a nine very consistently and surprisingly had to order an 8.5 so my heel won't slip out. Otherwise they are comfortable and sturdy, as far as heels go. They have an inch platform. Update: Wore one night only, and wish I could return! These are too high for me and need straps so the heel doesn't flop off and trip you. Even after going a half size smaller than usual the heels came off when walking any distance. Definitely a health & safety hazard in my book! I took an Uber rather than walk a block!

For Chinese Laundry, I expected better quality. The insert by the toes was detaching on the right foot.As far as fit, I normally wear a wide shoe, and this actually fit my feet. A tad narrow, but nothing like I normally experience. I wear a 6 1/2-7, and ordered the 7. Little tight on my left foot, little loose on my right. Very pretty though. Debating exchanging or returning completely.

I ordered these in a pinch to wear for my wedding shower. I have a few other pairs of Chinese Laundry shoes I’ve bought recently in a size 7-1/2 and they fit perfectly - so I ordered these in a 7-1/2, but they were too tight. Like, painfully tight in the toe area. Had to return them.

Love it. Hot sexy patent black platform pump. Overall fits well. The toe box (ball area) could do with a bit more padding for added comfort. Heel height is 4 3/4" high. Received many compliments wearing it.

These are literally my favorite heels. I have the nude and suede black heels. I will also buy the other black ones just to have variety. Wish they came in more colors. By far the best heels I own, can walk and wear all day without pain

The sizing information was woefully inadequate for a UK buyer and has resulted in having to return the shoes. Very disappointed!

Good quality and fit well (true to my size). Took a bit to get comfortable in them but they are good now. They look super hot.
