Great leotard!
My daughter is a petite 49" & 58 lb 9 year old. She wears sz 8 pants, and 7/8 shirts. I got her the size 9/10 and it will fit her for the entire dance season. It fits a little big on her but not so much that it's baggy. The material is on the thicker side, and not at all sheer, and will be durable I think. It definitely won't snag!

Cute but see through.
It was cute but it's see through and you can see her panties,so she has to wear dance shorts when she wears it. Also it runs small. I bought a 6/7 but it fits like 5/6

A little see through, but my daughter likes it.
This leo is a bit see through, but only with really dark undergarments. Also, my daughter has had some trouble with her panties showing at the leg holes, but she gets around both problems by wearing gymnastic shorts over this. Not a bad solution since we got the leo on a lighting deal. If it had been regular price, I'd be irritated.
