Does the rfid blocking works?? Or is it trash??

It works. sometimes too good. Never had an issue.

I’ve never use AirTags but I have my doubts it’s already very tight fit.

Yes, wallet is thin and light and I have cut back on the amount of cards I keep in my wallet now. I can put it in my front pocket and hardly know it's there!
