I have used this product for years because it is formulated for dry skin. I was told that it was designed for older skins, but I started using it in my mid twenties and still like it in my mid fifties.

Was worried that this was a fake since I believe that the product was discontinued. However, packaging and product appear authentic. Works the same!

This is by far the best non-drying cleansing cream I’ve tried. It works great with facial brushes (I use an old Mia 2, and I love it). It removes even eye makeup and every other impurity from your skin with ease and leaves the skin feeling absolutely clean without drying it out. The scent is very gentle and washes off without a problem. My only complaint is my own fault- I tend to squeeze out too much - a little goes a long way with this one. Two pea-sized pearls of this cream is all you need even when removing makeup. I use mine in the shower and so I make sure to cleanse my neck and décolletage too. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and even when I tried other products I went back to Shiseido creamy cleanser for the simple reason that nothing makes my skin feel so clean like this does.

Shiseido Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam is the most wonderful face soap I have ever used. Seems a bit pricey for a tube but well with it because it lasts so long and feels great.I also appreciate Amazon's service which is a service one can count on.Great product, great service.

I have used this cleanser for years. Shiseido has discontinued it. I’m so glad I found it on Amazon but I’m pretty sure the supply is limited. I’m an older woman and moisture is very important. This cleanser is so creamy. It has very tiny morsels of exfoliant but it does not dry out my skin. It keeps my skin looking clean, smooth, and clear. I don’t know what I will do when there is no more supply. 😢
