Too many lumps of chocolate.
Though the chocolate tasted great, it came in the canister, all lumped together, much prefer the envelopes. I thought by buying it like this would save some money, scooping it out. The thought was great, however, being lumped together, they just made a mess.

Buy at Your Own Risk - WAAAY to Expensive
Just received this item. Paid $42.90 + $5.99 for shipping. Didn't realize when I ordered it that it's only 7 servings! That's $6.98 per cup of hot chocolate? Ouch. Plus it comes in a plastic bag, not the round cylinder pictured online. Unless "Hotel Chocolat" can tell me a substitute I'm returning it along with the $160 chocolate maker with their name on it. WAAAYYYY too expensive.

This order came in a bag, and not as pictured in the nice cylinder tin. Wanted to give as a gift, but the bag is less than presentable for a gift. Hotel, you can do better. :(
