Affordable, solid quality
Bought this when my old speakers randomly stopped. They work even better than the last brand I used, and the sound is really solid. There's no distortion and the size is pretty average, so it fits perfectly on my desk. The rgb lights are really cool too. It didn't cost an arm and a leg either, which is a plus. Very affordable.

Absolutely Fantastic Desktop Speakers – Sleek Design & Impressive Sound!
I am incredibly impressed with these Nylavee computer speakers! For a compact, USB-powered setup, the sound quality is outstanding. The audio is crisp, clear, and has a surprising amount of depth and punchy bass that you don't normally get from desktop speakers in this size range. Whether I'm listening to music while working, watching videos, or gaming, the sound remains balanced and distortion-free even at higher volumes. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly right under my monitor without cluttering my desk space. One of my favorite features is the RGB lighting. With 6 different lighting modes to choose from, it’s incredibly easy to match the aesthetic of my workstation or gaming setup. The transitions are smooth and add a really cool ambiance to the room, but you can also easily turn them off if you need a distraction-free environment. Setup was an absolute breeze—just plug in the USB for power and the 3.5mm audio jack, and you're good to go. The volume knob on the front is also super convenient and tactile, making quick adjustments effortless. If you're looking for an affordable, high-quality audio upgrade for your PC or laptop that looks as good as it sounds, I highly recommend these. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Does the job
Pros: - These are reasonable speakers for the cost. - Light weight and usb powered. - Reasonably loud at max power. I mean it's USB powered so....maybe a few Watts of power behind it. Still nice and loud. Cons: - because it doesnt come with a usb power plug, you need to provide your own to power it or use an empty powered USB slot. If you use an underpowered or cheap AC to USB adapter, then the background noise is very high and it will hum through the speakers. Even when there is no sound being played through the computer. This happened to me at first before i swapped out the power plug from a cheap 1A USB plug to a nicer 2A USB plug. After that though, it was crystal clear. Wish I thought of that earlier. - There is no way to turn off the LEDs other than turning off the speakers. No buttons on this thing for LED control. Now it does seem like the lights turn themselves off after a while so it's not always on. Thats good. But flashing/static colorful LED lights next to the monitors while playing games can take your focus off the action. - The 3.5mm audio jack cable is pretty short. Only a few feet and comes from the right speaker. So if your computer is far away from your monitor or on the left hand side of your monitor like mine. It might be a challenge to connect. - There is not a lot of depth to the sounds. It focuses heavily on the mid range. I wouldn't recommend for deep and immersive music, but for spoken audio or dialog heavy/action games, it is works well. Overall: I bought these speakers and I'm going to use them. They are ok for the money and I only turn them on only when I need to because of the LEDs.

Good looks and decent sound at low price
The Nylavee SK400 speakers are a good choice for anyone who wants desktop speakers for playing games or watching movies. They are easy to use with a variety of sources, simple to control with a big volume knob, and have some cool LED lighting modes as well. They come with built-in cables: one cable that connects the left speaker to the right, and a pair of cables that connect to a sound source and to a power source. These cables are not removable, but they have generous length – the speakers can be up to 36 inches apart from each other, and the right speaker can be as much as 48 inches away from the sound & power sources. In other words, the left speaker can be as much as 7 feet away from the source. This makes it possible to place these 3 feet apart from each other on a desktop, and run the source cables down to a computer under the desk. The sound cable plugs into a 3.5mm audio or aux port, and the power cable plugs into a USB type A port. The USB cable is for power only, not for digital sound. The sound cable is analog only, which means the sound source can be a computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, mp3 player – any device that has a headphone jack. In addition, the power source can be a power bank that has a USB port with 5V output. This makes these speakers able to be used in a variety of ways, but they are not built to be portable nor designed to be used outdoors. They’re not too heavy but they are not rugged or weatherproof. These speakers have a sound quality and loudness that is surprising for a mere USB power source. They have good stereo separation and a decent sound-stage as can be expected from their placement 3 feet apart. But with a simple turn of the big volume knob they can get loud, much louder than some near-field personal desktop speakers. I tested these in a large meeting hall and they filled the space with sound that could be heard throughout. At maximum volume level there was no more discernible distortion than at lower volume, and the sound was fairly balanced with no over- or under-emphasis on a certain frequency. These are not neutral studio-quality reference monitors by any means, but for what they are for this price, they are good enough for gaming or movies. The many other positive reviews here also indicate that these will not disappoint any reasonable expectations of sound quality. The icing on this cake is the cool LED lighting, which can be switched between several modes easily with the touch of a button on top of the right speaker. The button cycles between modes so simply keep pressing until you find the one you want. Some modes are colorful and static or dynamic, while other modes keep to only one of a few different colors, to complement the mood of the game or movie soundtrack. The lighting is bright, so that in a dark room they grab your attention. During movies they can be distracting when set on a mode with movement, but when set on a static mode they can provide some helpful ambient lighting. The zig-zag design of the LED is the same direction on both speakers, which would have been cooler if they went in opposite directions like a mirror image of each other. Maybe the next version of this model could be designed this way. Besides the brightness of the lighting and lack of symmetric design, these speakers don’t have much to criticize. They are meant to be stood upright, with little rubber pads on their bottoms to dampen vibrations, so they aren’t meant to lay on their sides. They stand vertically upright, with no angle in their design to direct the sound upwards from desktop to the listener’s ears in seated position. They have only one control knob, for volume – which has a nice feel, but there are no other controls for adjusting the sound. None of these are deal-breakers, just compromises that make these speakers simple to set up and easy to use with a variety of devices and power sources. Yet with their good sound and cool lighting, they are more than just your basic pair of desktop computer speakers. Overall, they are a good deal for the low price.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Upon opening the box I was surprised to find that these speakers have some heft to them. I was equally surprised to find that the cables are sleeved, and have Velcro straps. I must say sleeved cables are a nice touch. The volume knob is grey/silver. It is made of plastic. An aluminum knob would have been a nice touch, but I will not nitpick over the volume knob. The speakers are somewhat sleek, and have a clean look. Turning off the RGB give them a minimalistic look. That's a plus in my book. There is no point in comparing these to Bose, or the like. To me these are a budget friendly set of speakers with great sound. There is a two mode EQ built in. One for balanced sound, and one for bass. One can easily tell the difference between the two modes. These speakers have nice crisp highs, great mid-rand, and bass. The bass of these speakers is not boomy, and I didn't expect them to be. There is just enough bass to compliment the highs, and mids. This can be further enhanced by adjusting the EQ on the computer, or whatever device is being used. Probably the biggest plus for me as far as the sound goes is on my setup I do not get distortion at max volume. The SK600 has two different options for connection. Bluetooth, and wired. The Bluetooth connection is a really nice bonus. Between the auxiliary jack, and Bluetooth. There are many possibilities of various different things that can be connected to these speakers. This makes the speakers truly versatile. These speakers get their power via usb. There isn't a battery to charge, or a place to put batteries. All one needs to make these speakers portable is a power bank. The RGB modes on these speakers are also a nice touch. There are three different RGB modes. Rhythm, Flow, and Breathing. The RGB can also be turned off. Rhythm beats to the music cycling colors, Flow flows from top to bottom cycling colors, and Breathing starts as a soft color. Increases in vibrancy, and becomes soft again before it cycles to another color. It really does kind of remind me of inhaling, and exhaling. To be honest though. I find the RGB to be distracting when I'm watching YouTube, tv, or playing games. I keep it turned off unless I'm listening to music. Overall I think this is a really nice set of speakers at the price point. I have been using my tv's built in speakers for the last few years. The SK600 is a fantastic upgrade. These speakers are very well constructed, have sleeved cables, and sound great. Again, the sound can be tweaked with the devices equalizer. The sound separation is very good. Even when the speakers are sitting close together. It's almost like 360° sound. I am very happy with the performance of the SK600. So happy in fact. I'm considering purchasing the SK100 sound bar to compliment The SK600. This set of speakers has exceeded my expectations. I look forward to trying other products made by Nylavee. Other thoughts: I would really love to see a version of the SK600 with a remote, and possibly a subwoofer. The SK600 would be 100% complete with these two things.

Great on a budget and/or in need of saving on desktop space! (Otherwise, spend more to get more)
If you haven't experienced a sound system with a subwoofer, then these are great! Plus, the LEDs are quite the eye candy! Especially the setting that pulses to your current sound/music! But the built-in bass diaphragms cannot compete with a sound system with a dedicated subwoofer. These are great only if you're concerned with space, or like shiny lights. Otherwise, speakers are for producing sound, and sound is for hearing, not seeing. I would say, if you can afford it, fork out the extra "dough" and go with a speaker system with a dedicated subwoofer instead of built-in bass diaphragms. One final note, even when cranking the volume dial to max and cranking your PC's sound system's volume slider to max, the sound is OK. (Headphones would be better, actually). These are budget speakers hands down, and they get the job done on that part. Make sure you get a speaker system with a high Watt (W) value, these are not it. +3 for that they work as intended and you get your money's worth (product as intended, good job by the company) -1 for bass not being all that bass (coming from a sound system with a subwoofer, MUCH better) -1 for max volume output being mediocre at best (get a sound system with a higher Wattage(W) output)

They are genuinely great. No complaints.
The bass and volume is great! It's got a beautiful design in terms of the light setup, the way the colors flow, the angle the speakers lay down at, and how you could turn it off through the knob if need be. It's got the three wires that I was expecting, the one connecting the two speakers, the AUX cord, and the USB plug-in, which actually has C-type compatibility too if need be which is actually useful! As someone who held on to my older speakers for years, this is a very welcome change that I like. It's certainly not hard to set up. If you Apple/MacBook user's do not have an AUX plug spot for your device. DO NOT even play yourself. Lol (Sorry Amazon if it looked like I spammed the review. I saw no sign that it actually went through or was a pending review 😭🙏)

Great speakers for the price point!
I have been using these speakers for about a year and love them. They offer exactly what I need for sound, whether it's for video meetings, listening to music, or watching TV. They connect via Bluetooth and are drama-free. They have a cool light show feature that is sound activated and can be turned off if desired. I highly recommend these speakers.

A Symphony of Sound and Service
I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Nylavee SK-400 Computer Speakers. I had purchased them back in October 2023 and having used these speakers for several months now I felt I should write this review. The first feature to look out for in any set of speakers is obviously the sound quality. These speakers deliver a sonic experience that rivals even high-end audio systems. The clarity, depth, as well as richness of the sound are very satisfying. Whether I'm listening to music, watching a movie, or playing games, every sound is crisp and immersive. Despite their powerful performance, these speakers are quite compact. My work table is cluttered with a huge monitor, external hard disks, mouse pad etc and so I have a significant space constraint. Thankfully, the speakers fit perfectly into my space without overwhelming it. In terms of design the speakers are also sleek and aesthetically pleasing. One of the standout features of these speakers is the captivating lighting effects. The dynamic LED lights which I initially thought would be a distraction have instead turned out to be quite attractive and relaxing. With six LED modes you have a choice of static or dynamic lighting effects. What actually triggered me to writing this review, however, is the company’s (Nylavee) excellent customer service. When I reached out with a question about the product, the service team at Nylavee was promptly responsive and helpful and actually followed up to confirm that the issue I had raised was resolved. If you are considering buying these speakers, I recommend them highly for their exceptional sound quality, compact design, attractive lighting effects and the company's proactive customer service.

These speakers look good and sound good.
I am using these speakers together with a midi keyboard basically to create music without any additional speakers and they are more than adequate. They also look really great with the neon lights which are easily turned off by a light touch.
